Research On The Application Of Chinese Elements In The Series Of Animation Works Of Light Chaser Animation

Light Chaser Animation was founded by Wang Wei,founder and former CEO of Tudou in Beijing in March 2013.It aims to create animated films with Chinese cultural characteristics and international first-class standards in the spirit of craftsman.At present,the light chasing team has 190 people,with solid artistic skills,unique perspective,global leading technology and perfect production management system.By combing the development of Light Chaser Animation since its establishment,this study focuses on the application of "Chinese elements" in its six animated films,analyze the unremitting pursuit of Light Chaser Animation to "Telling Chinese stories",it also provides a useful reference for the mining of "Chinese elements" of domestic animation in the future.This paper summarizes the creative concept of Light Chaser Animation,this paper discusses the persistent exploration of "Chinese story" by Light Chaser Animation,which shifts from family fun to young audience;From original script to new story;From the combination of traditional elements and modern elements to the innovative adaptation of Chinese traditional classic images.Light Chaser Animation continues to innovate,draw inspiration from tradition and inherit culture in creation.This paper focuses on the application of Chinese elements in the visual,auditory and spiritual connotation of the six works of Light Chaser Animation.Starting from the blending of scene and color,the pluralistic integration of symbols in the characterization,the emotional resonance of Chinese music and the manifestation of spiritual connotation,this paper discusses the advantages and difficulties of the application of Chinese elements of Light Chaser Animation,and discusses the theme of Chinese style and the construction of Chinese connotation of contemporary animation.
