Through combing and summarizing the historical development of urban landscape oil painting,this paper digs its creative ideas and techniques,expresses personal aesthetic taste and emotional sustenance,and examines people’s living environment and state,trying to explore the artistic conception beauty and humanistic care of urban landscape oil painting.This creation takes the cultural landscape of Nanchang as the theme,draws lessons from the existing oil paintings of urban themes and combines the historical and cultural background of Nanchang,aiming at showing the audience the epitome of the city and the beauty of humanity of the author’s current life.The development pace of Nanchang is accelerating day by day,with high-rise buildings row upon row,but the busy life is still full of warmth.The rapid development of the city has not changed the unique charm of Nanchang itself.Therefore,to show the charm of Nanchang city,it is necessary not only to depict the external image of the city,but also to show the cultural life of Nanchang and the ideology of Nanchang people,and to express people’s longing for spiritual and cultural life through pictures.This paper is divided into four parts: First,the history of urban landscape oil painting and the overview of its development status;Second,the collation and analysis of the exploration process of the oil painting creation of Four Scenes of Yuzhang;Third,it is about the creation details of each piece in this series of creations;Finally,through the creation of landscape oil painting with urban theme,it reflects on urban culture and real life,and causes thinking on the new cultural connotation of the city.Through study and creative practice,the beautiful city scene in my heart will be passed on to the viewers,reflecting the respect of urban landscape oil painting for the individual survival value of contemporary society,combining the social development trend with the development requirements of the times,and striving to show the aesthetic value and artistic charm of urban landscape oil painting with works with rich content and spirit of the times.
