The Cultural Amnesia And Reconstruction Of "Genglu Book" In South China Sea

The cultural memory of the intangible cultural heritage is the spirit and soul of a nation.As an intangible cultural heritage,the collective memory of Hainan fishermen and the symbolic significance of national territorial sovereignty is the spirit and soul of the Chinese nation.The south China sea "Genglu Book" has a high historical,political and cultural value,through comprehensive academic research,mining "Genglu Book" intangible cultural heritage,help to enrich the cultural connotation of the Chinese nation,is conducive to shape national sovereignty identity,is conducive to the spread of the spirit of the south China sea fishermen,enhancing the national cultural soft power,enhancing cultural confidence.“Genglu Book” is the crystallization of the Marine practice and Marine wisdom of Hainan fishermen,belongs to the collective memory of the fishermen.In this paper,the process of collective memory carried by fishermen is constantly weakened,marginalized and amnesia in the process of social development,Then,through the data integration of the more relevant reports and documentaries published by the mass media in recent years,meanwhile combined with the government-led intangible cultural heritage landscape construction and the sea worship ceremony for the reconstruction of "Genglu Book" culture.Analyzing the text carrier of the native inheritance with fishermen as the main body into the creative intangible cultural heritage practice under the leadership of the government,meanwhile this paper discusses the realistic social value of culture,spirit and economy after the reconstruction of cultural memory.And this reconstruction process makes the culture given symbolic significance at the national level.This paper is conducted through text analysis,literature research,field research and other research methods,summarizing and sorting out the cultural memory carrier of "Genglu Book",putting forward the problems in cultural reconstruction: Replacement of native memory subjects,creative carrier media present single content,memory storage carrier missing,memory carrier imprisoned external communication framework,and combined with the current new era background corresponding countermeasures.This paperaims to promote "Genglu Book" intangible cultural heritage and enrich the connotation of Chinese nation,to realize the purpose of expanding external communication and improve the soft power of Chinese culture.
