Employee training is an important part of human resource management and a key guarantee for the realization of enterprise development strategy.Therefore,from this point of view,improving the employee training mode has important practical significance.Training can not only improve the ability and accomplishment of employees,realize the creativity of employees,Promote enterprise efficiency,but also enhance the hard power of the enterprise;At the same time,it can also improve employees’ understanding of corporate culture,improve employees’ loyalty to the enterprise,and then improve the soft power of the enterprise.Based on the theory of learning organization theory,adult learning theory,three levels of training needs analysis theory and the theory of offset training evaluation model,and YH cinema staff training as the main research content,Firstly,I adopted literature retrieval method,questionnaire research method,field investigation method and statistical analysis method,and did a deeply investigation about the present situation of YH cinema staff training,diagnosed the problems occurred during the staff training of YH Cinema,It mainly includes insufficient understanding of training management,lack of targeted training demand analysis,inadequate implementation and implementation of training plans,and imperfect evaluation of training effects and so on.Secondly,I analyzed the causes of the problems in the staff training process of YH Cinema,and summarized the root causes such as lack of subjective awareness of training,imperfect training system and lack of reasonable incentive mechanism,so as to provide a basis for the follow-up improvement methods.Then based on the principle of full participation,the principle of continuous improvement,the principle of training and incentive,and the principle of teaching according to their aptitude and so on,Put forward effective plan for YH cinema staff follow-up training,and take financial guarantee,system guarantee,culture guarantee,organization guarantee,performance appraisal guarantee and so on.Finally,I reviewed the whole paper,summarized the conclusion of YH cinema staff training improvement research,pointed out the innovation and deficiency of this paper,and prospected the future staff training of YH cinema,I hope this paper will provide reference for the improvement of staff training of other cinemas in the same industry.
