Opera culture is a wonderful flower in the treasure house of Chinese literature and art.It is a world-renowned art category with strong Chinese national characteristics and is considered as " the eternal aesthetic home of Chinese people".In the course of thousands of years of development and evolution,opera has absorbed vast and abundant cultural soil,and has been inseparable from daily life as the entertainment form most closely related to the masses.With the ruts of history rolling forward,the progress of The Times and the vicissitudes of the social environment,this shining form of artistic expression in the past gradually moves out of the view of the audience,and is taken away from the attention of many new forms of artistic expression,becoming a form of limbic art.In contemporary times,the living environment of Chinese opera has indeed encountered a major crisis,and is still in the difficult climbing stage until now.Therefore,the research and practice of Chinese opera,though uncertain,is very necessary.As an important part of Chinese opera,opera in Shandong province has absorbed the cultural resources in Qilu region.It can be said that the development of opera in Shandong province can be regarded as an epitome of the existence and development of Chinese opera to a certain extent,and at the same time affected by regional characteristics.Among the opera performances in Shandong,Liuzi Opera has the most historical representative and academic research value.With a long history and unique artistic style,Liuzi Opera has attracted much attention in Shandong province,and is one of the four oldest tones in China.It has long exerted a profound influence on the opera culture in and around Shandong province.As one of the first operas selected into the national intangible cultural Heritage list,Shandong Liuzi Opera has the characteristics of great artistic value and research value,which often makes researchers focus more attention on shandong Liuzi Opera art itself,while ignoring the survival and development of this art in contemporary times.Shandong Liuzi Opera Troupe(Shandong Liuzi Opera Art Protection and Inheritance Center),located in Jinan city,Shandong Province,is the only professional troupe of Liuzi Opera and a troupe directly under Shandong Province.After careful preparation by the academy,Liuzi Opera was successfully selected into the national First batch of intangible cultural Heritage in 2006,which has made a leap forward in terms of policy support and influence of the academy.Under the guidance of the national cultural policy and the efforts of the academy and troupe itself,Shandong Liuzi Opera has made new progress in repertoire creation,non-inheritance,talent training,internal reform,linkage and cooperation since the21 st century.In Shandong province in 2014 as the cut-off point,Liuzi Troupe focus from a single play creation production and performance,transferred to the old operas of Liuzi drama mining,sorting,research and protection of heritage,and further explore and examine folkway,using diverse ways such as brand,combining folk festival really tried to walk into the life of the masses.This is an important turning point in the development of Shandong Liuzi Troupe since the 21 st century,during which many typical achievements and phenomena have been tested by time and obtained great breakthroughs and achievements.Therefore,the research on the new development of Shandong Liuzi Troupe since the 21 st century is conducive to providing valuable successful experience for other related troupes in the process of exploration and development,and also has positive reference significance for the promotion and dissemination of opera culture in Shandong province and even the whole country.This paper summarizes the artistic characteristics of Liuzi Opera and the historical experience of its development on the basis of the extensive collection and arrangement of materials and documents about Liuzi Opera itself and the predecessor of Shandong Liuzi Troupe.Then,through field investigation,interview and other means of Shandong Liuzi Opera Troupe,data and cases of the troupe’s development in various aspects since the 21 st century were collected and sorted out.By using Michael Porter diamond Model to analyze the case,based on the above derivation,the path design for the further development of Shandong Liuzi Troupe is made.
