| In recent years,under the influence of factors such as policy support and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life and demand,China’s cultural industry has developed rapidly and maintained a stable and gratifying growth trend.As an important part of the cultural industry,small and micro cultural enterprises have played an active role in enriching cultural supply,activating cultural markets,and promoting balanced economic,social and cultural development.Nanning Pinxiang Culture Company,like most small and micro cultural enterprises,is at the bottom of the industry structure.Because of its poor anti-risk ability and lack of common characteristics such as strategic planning,it is often more susceptible to economic fluctuations and is difficult to deal with the increasingly fierce and cruel market competition.In the post-epidemic era,it is particularly important for Pinxiang to fully tap its advantageous resources and formulate a corporate development strategy to improve its corporate competitiveness,overcome the impact of the epidemic,and solve development difficulties.This thesis takes Nanning Pinxiang Culture Company as the research object,through literature research,field research,interviews,comprehensive use of PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,competitor analysis,internal factor analysis,and EFE,IFE matrix and other strategic analysis tools to analyze the company Sort out the external environment of the company,analyze the data and materials of the relevant resources and capabilities of the company’s internal environment,and analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the company in detail.Combined with the SWOT matrix and the QSPM strategy matching tool,a series of development strategies of the company are derived through comprehensive analysis.This paper argues that Pinxiang should adopt a development strategy that focuses on diversified development and supplemented by integrated development.Development and other five implementation strategies,and put forward strategic safeguard measures from the aspects of strengthening internal management,talent reserve,intellectual property management,risk prevention and control awareness,and improving the development strategy management system to promote the effective implementation of enterprise development strategies. |
