"Bossa Nova","Country Music","R&B" Three Popular Music Styles And Singing Exploration

Pop music works have diverse styles and wide audiences.Under the influence and restriction of social environment,there are various cultural styles.Different pop music styles have their distinctive musical characteristics,and the ability to skillfully control different music styles is the foundation of becoming an excellent singer.As a graduate student majoring in pop music singing,the author selected songs in a planned way in the process of preparing for the academic concert,striving to diversify and enrich the repertoire,so as to better display his learning achievements during the postgraduate period.In view of this,the author selected Bossa Nova,Country Music and R&B three distinctive musical styles from individual concerts as research objects.The first part expounds the formation and development,representative figures and works of Bossa Nova,Country Music and R&B pop music.The second part,taking the selected songs of the author’s concert as an example,makes a rigorous analysis and discussion on the characteristics,emotional expression,singing skills analysis and treatment of the three songs "Our Sun Is All Right","Any Man of Man" and "No Loss,No Debt".The third part is through the singing and analysis of the above three kinds of pop music,the improvement of their comprehensive quality and the influence of singing other music style works in the future.
