With the continuous upgrading of national support for art education, parents deeply realize the importance of children’s all-round development.Cultural courses, art courses and physical education courses have become the "compulsory course" for children’s all-round development. The competition in the children’s Latin dance training industry is fierce, and many institutions are constantly trying various ways to develop students in the process of enrollment and publicity. Most of the institutions adopt the way of conducting experience classes, because the purpose of the experience class is to enable the participants to fully experience the class process, fully understand the class content during the participation process, meet the expectations before participation as much as possible, positively determine the expectations before class, and reduce the negative confirmation. This expectation confirmation is also affected by a variety of factors. When these expectations are positively confirmed,it will increase their satisfaction, resulting in repeated purchase behavior, that is,to continue to participate in the teaching and training of children’s Latin dance. There are also many factors affecting the repurchase behavior.Of course, the repurchase behavior of such products or services affecting the experience course is affected by many factors, such as customer habits, perceived cost, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction and other aspects. This paper selects the children’s Latin dance experience class as the research object, and regards the experience class as a product or service. After using the literature review method, this paper found that the repurchase behavior of experience lessons is affected by many factors, such as customer habits, transfer cost, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction, etc. Therefore, this study, from the perspective of expectation confirmation theory,Combining the new D & M model and the ECSI model,Taking the teaching quality, service quality, brand image, transfer cost and customer habits of children’s Latin dance experience class as the initial variables,Using perceived quality and customer satisfaction as intermediary variables,Using customer repeat purchases as the outcome variable,In order to build the children’s Latin dance experience class repeat purchase model,And based on this hypothesis,Using a questionnaire survey on parents and children involved in Latin dance,Mathematical statistical method is used to verify whether the hypothesis holds, the importance of the influencing factors and the relationship between the influencing factors,And then to provide suggestions for the future experience class design. The results showed that 13 of the 14 hypotheses proposed in the article were verified, and they were significant at 0.05.At the same time, customer habits can effectively stimulate repeated purchase behavior, and there is a strong relationship between the two. However,by failing to significantly affect customer satisfaction, customer habits failed to enter the regression model. Finally, the following conclusions: expectation theory is applicable to the study of repeated purchase in children’s Latin dance experience class;the customer habit(0.437),transfer cost(0.206),customer satisfaction(0.154),customer perceived value(0.101);teaching quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer perceived value;and customer habits affect customer satisfaction, but not significantly affect customer satisfaction.
