General office of the central committee of the communist party of China,the State Council in September 2020 issued the opinions on comprehensively strengthening and improving the new era of school aesthetic education work,emphasize to aesthetic education,to beautify and culture,the aesthetic education into the school all disciplines in the teaching process,throughout school education grades,cultivate moral,intellectual and physique comprehensive development of comprehensive talents.The importance,necessity and urgency of aesthetic education are highlighted at the national policy level.Sports dance is a healthy beauty,youth beauty,power beauty and body beauty perfect combination of difficult beauty sports,how to fully excavate aesthetic elements from the artistic sports dance project,maximize the course to promote students fitness,heart,bodybuilding,promote the formation and development of aesthetic,values,is to sports dance teachers put forward new proposition and new challenges.Deepening the innovative research of aesthetic education is not only the return of the essence of education,but also the mission and responsibility of educators in the new era.This study is based on the study of aesthetic education carrier and form,using the literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,from visual beauty,auditory beauty,sports beauty,cognitive beauty elements of sports dance elements,build the aesthetic education elements in the whole course teaching innovation teaching content,and design the aesthetic elements into the sports dance teaching path,Then,the teaching practice and experiment were conducted on88 students from the two sports dance option classes of Guangzhou Business School in 2019.On the basis of investigation and statistics,the changes of students’ body posture,body self-esteem,mood status,technical level and aesthetic influence before and after the experiment are analyzed,and the effectiveness of aesthetic education is discussed.The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the expansion and implementation of the aesthetic education function of similar projects and courses,so as to comprehensively promote the function of school aesthetic education in the new era.The following conclusions are drawn from the experimental study:1.The innovative practice research of sports dance option courses in universities shows that aesthetic education can effectively promote the special learning of sports dance and improve their body posture;it can make full use of the artistic characteristics of sports dance programs to improve students’ mood and expand the function of aesthetic education courses to produce good positive migration.2.The practice research of teaching innovation shows that the mining of aesthetic education elements in college sports dance option courses can be carried out from four aspects: visual beauty,auditory beauty,sports beauty and cognitive beauty,forming the expansion paradigm of course aesthetic education elements.Fully grasp the characteristics of dance,expand the music style,clothing color and regional culture and other visual,listening and cognitive elements,construct the content of course aesthetic education and put it into practice.3.The teaching practice research of aesthetic education elements shows that,the "1 + 2 + 1" mode is adopted to penetrate four elements of aesthetic education,listening,movement and knowledge into the whole process of sports dance option course,which can effectively promote course teaching,immersive guide students to feel beauty,discover beauty and create beauty,and effectively improve students’ aesthetic literacy.
