Imported Copyright Buy-Out Films,commonly known as "batch films",is a special kind of imported film with a unique introduction method and investment income model.Given the particularity of batch films,at present,there are few systematic theories to guide and help investors when purchasing batches’ copyright,copyright purchasers often rely on experience to judge,which undoubtedly makes investment behavior very risky.According to the current research foundation and situation,this paper aims to further enrich the theory of box office prediction model,optimize the risk of investment assessment tools,provide appropriate investment evaluation tools to batch film purchasers to assist their investing decisions,effectively assess the box office potential and purchasing risk of batch films,cut potential investment losses and resource waste and promote the healthy and steady development of domestic film market.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis.Firstly,we collect and sort out 349 box office samples from 2016 to 2021,based on the data,we construct the prediction model of the batch film investment box office with Stata software.Then select and put the batch film data into the model,to test the forecasting effectiveness of the model.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the batch film investment,this paper puts forward the solution of film audition.From the forecasting model,IP adaptation,special effects,test screening popularity,Baidu Index,and scoring have a great impact on the box office of the batch films.The test screening activities can help investors obtain more accurate data before the investment of batch films,then calculate the box office of the film more accurately.
