Research On The Image Shaping Of Rural Children In Children’s Documentary

In recent years,the life and education of rural children as an important issue of public opinion has been constantly mentioned,left-behind children and migrant children have become their labels.More and more creators aim at rural children and create documentaries with realistic significance and social value.In the creation of children documentary,character image shaping plays a crucial role,but the rural children image under the lens of some creators has exposed the problems of non-reality,label,lack of humanistic value and so on.From the perspective of imagology,this paper studies the other image and self-image in rural children’s image building from the perspective of whether the creative subject is involved in the image building process.it is found that rural children’s image shaping has obvious implication of other image,which is mainly influenced by media stereotype and aesthetic artistic expression of creators.Some documentaries show little self-image of rural children under the concept of child-oriented.In the creation process of this documentary,the creator should not separate the image of others and self-image,but should show the rural children’s image combining the real life and the real art under the concept of humanistic care.Through the study of typical children documentary cases,this paper discusses the methodological problems in rural children’s image building and comes up with the following strategies: in rural children’s image building,it is necessary to solve the problem of lack of authenticity in image building from three aspects: external truth,internal truth and philosophical truth;To solve the problem of image spectrum expression by constructing character color;Through the initiative of empowering children,from the child-oriented creation concept to give children self-expression and emotional expression space to solve the problem of image humanistic value shift.At the end of the paper,combining with the graduation work Acrobatic Boy,it elaborates the specific practice methods and artistic effects of rural children’s image shaping,hoping to play a reference for the creation of children’s documentary,and provide ideas and inspiration for the academic research of this type of documentary.
