The Chinese classical garden has become the ideal peach garden in the minds of the Chinese people since its birth.As the creation of beauty,the aesthetic culture of Chinese classical gardens,after more than 3,000 years of historical accumulation,condensing the political,economic and cultural details of different periods,condensing the spiritual pursuit and aesthetic interest of people in different times,and constantly enriching and improving its own connotation and form in the process of the development of the times.Under the nourishment of the fertile soil of the times,the garden aesthetic culture of the Han Dynasty has made great progress,which created the first peak in the history of Chinese classical garden aesthetic culture.At present,the academic circle pays more attention to the historical facts,historical relics,gardening technology and social functions of Han Dynasty gardens.At the same time,the researchers have also studied the aesthetic thought and cultural background of gardens in the Han Dynasty.However there seems to be no special study on aesthetic culture of Han Dynasty gardens.On the basis of making full use of handed down documents and archaeological data,this thesis tries to make a systematic study on aesthetic culture of the Han Dynasty garden from the perspective of aesthetic culture,to investigate the background of its formation,to present and explore its main patterns,to analyze its structure of landscape architecture and aesthetic interest,to reveal the development and transmutation of its deep concept,and to expound its historical status and contemporary value.Following this line of thought,this thesis is divided into four parts: introduction,five chapters,conclusion and appendix.The introductory chapter focuses on the origins and values of the study of the aesth etic culture of Han Dynasty gardens,unpacks and clarifies the core concepts,reviews the current state of research,and clarifies the ideas and methods of the study.This part int erprets "gardens and Han Dynasty gardens",and focus on explaining the core concept of "aesthetic culture".Then makes clear that the research method of this paper is to make an all-round aesthetic analysis of the garden aesthetic culture of the Han Dynasty on the basis of the perspective of aesthetic culture,which uses the interdisciplinary comparat ive way though numerous research to have an all-around aesthetic analysis of the garden aesthetic culture about the Han Dynasty.The first chapter mainly investigates the generation background of garden aesthetic culture in Han Dynasty.First of all,the aesthetic culture of ancient gardens constitutes the most direct historical tradition of it.This part expounds the inheritance and development of ancient gardens in the Han Dynasty by distinguishing the evolution of the names,shapes and functions of ancient gardens.Secondly,the core background of "great unification" of the Han dynasty laid a solid foundation for the development of the garden aesthetic culture of the Han Dynasty.Its stable unified politics,steady economic growth,compatible ideology and culture strong pottery cast the Han Dynasty magnificent garden aesthetic culture.In addition,the advanced science and technology,the superior natural environment also play a positive role in promoting the construction and development of gardens.The second chapter focuses on presenting and exploring the main patterns of the aesthetic culture of Han Dynasty gardens.Looking for the traces of Han Dynasty gardens from the handed down documents and archaeological discoveries,and on this basis,we will take a three-dimensional view of the garden aesthetic culture of Han Dynasty from outside to inside.According to the classification of royal gardens,private gardens and scholar gardens,this part makes a detailed analysis of the construction and appearance of Han Dynasty gardens.It is an overview on the aesthetic culture of the Han Dynasty garden,and also a necessary premise to study its aesthetic taste and aesthetic concept.The third chapter mainly analyzes the landscape composition of the aesthetic culture of Han Dynasty gardens and its aesthetic interest.Relying on the three-dimensional and spatial artistic form,the aesthetic culture of gardens in the Han Dynasty contains rich landscape configuration,which presents the colorful landscape aesthetics.At the same time,the rich landscape included in the garden aesthetic culture of the Han Dynasty is the expression of the aesthetic interest of the Han Dynasty people.It is specifically summarized as that the architectural landscape is the unity of practicality and aesthetics,the landscape is the combination of artificial and natural,and the animal and plant landscape is the integration of natural beauty and interesting beauty.The fourth chapter mainly excavates the deep concept of garden aesthetic culture in the Han Dynasty,and reveals its development and evolution process.Based on royal gardens,private gardens and scholar gardens,this thesis analyzes the practice and innovation of aesthetic concepts of the three major gardens,and reveals the logic law of their development and evolution in the context of historical development.Deeply influenced by the cosmic view of unity of man and nature and the view of flying up to heaven,the royal garden gives full play to the cultural psychology of the Han Dynasty that includes everything,forming the aesthetic concept of "Ti Xiang Tian Di".Originated from the royal gardens,private gardens were nourished by the natural aesthetics of the Han Dynasty,and explored new ideas in landscape aesthetics and took the lead in practicing the aesthetic concept of "You Ruo Zi Ran".The scholar gardens retreated to the deep heart of the scholar,have realized the fusion of subject and object to the greatest extent,and constructed the aesthetic concept of "Qing Kuang Le Zhi".The deep concept of garden aesthetic culture in Han Dynasty resonates with the development and change of garden aesthetic style,which go from the lofty royal to the nobility home,and finally get in to scholar’s heart.The development course of this concept also reveals the evolution track of garden aesthetic culture in Han Dynasty gradually becoming personalized and interested.The fifth chapter aims to clarify the historical status and contemporary value of the aesthetic culture of garden in the Han Dynasty.First of all,the aesthetic culture of garden in the Han Dynasty is an important composition of the Han Dynasty aesthetic culture,which has a historical position of connecting the past in the history of Chinese garden aesthetic culture.Secondly,by discussing the multiple qualities of the aesthetic culture of garden in the Han Dynasty,such as the acceptance of the beauty of color and sound,the pursuit of smooth emotions,the pursuit of multiple aesthetic feeling,the deepening of natural aesthetic,to reveal the evolution of its development and deduce the conclusion that the aesthetic culture of garden in the Han Dynasty moves towards self-consciousness.Finally,commenting on its contemporary value and discussing its important inspiration for Chinese modern garden and contemporary people.For modern gardens,it is beneficial to enhance the confidence of aesthetic culture and rebuild the affinity between man and nature.For contemporary people,it not only to inspires them to pursue garden life,but also enlightens them to create happy homes.The aesthetic culture of garden in the Han Dynasty has achieved the development and breakthrough in aesthetic patterns,aesthetic interests and aesthetic concepts,thus creating a magnificent and wonderful aesthetic world.The fruitful results of the aesthetic culture of Han Dynasty gardens shine in the history of the aesthetic culture of classical Chinese gardens.
