| Based on previous researches, this paper take the trisyllabic nouns in the seventh edition of "Modern Chinese Dictionary" as the research object, analyzes the noun+noun,verb-noun and abjective+noun form of semantic matching patterns and its internal characteristics of three kinds of structure, using the semantic types of two-way choice principle and cognitive theory, and tries to explain the internal reasons of the tendency of collocation by using the principle of semantic bidirectional selection and cognitive theory. The main text is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the semantic matching rules of "noun+noun"definite Chinese trisyllabic nouns, summarizes 17 semantic matching patterns, and finds that the strong semantic matching pattern of three-syllables nouns is"content/space/appearance/function+thing".Different thyme structures and semantic collocation patterns have different selection tendencies:the "2+1" type is used to construct "content+thing"and " appearance+thing",and N1 is preferred to highlight the core features of N2.The"1+2"type is used to construct "space+thing"and"ownership+thing",and N1 is preferentially selected to highlight the peripheral features of N2.N1 and N2 have the relation of "basic image"and "distinguishing feature image",and the strong semantic collocation pattern reflects the focus of people’s cognition, that is,they often choose to highlight the essential characteristics of the central component as the core, and use the direct image to simplify the process of new information understanding. The second part discusses the semantic matching rules of "verb+noun"definite trisyllabic nouns, summarizes nine semantic matching patterns, and finds that the strong semantic matching pattern is "function+thing";the "2+1"type is a strong thyme structure, the "1+2"has no prominent semantic collocation pattern, and the tendency of V double meter is more obvious than V single. From the perspective of semantic characteristics of central component, the relevance and prominence between verbs and nouns, and the intuitiveness and other aspects, the functional meaning is the prominent semantic feature of germ-names,and the germ-names are also the preferred form class mode of expressing functional meaning. The third part discusses the semantic matching rules of "abjective+noun"definite Chinese trisyllabic nouns, and summarizes six semantic matching patterns. It is found that the thyme structure of "1+2" is preferred in the Chinese form name definition, and the strong semantic matching pattern is "nature+thing".We observe the semantic bidirectional selection of form and name morphemes respectively, and obtain a series of strong and weak combinations of form and name morphemes. We find that adjectives and nouns show a certain tendency, which is consistent with the semantic classification of nouns. The fourth part observes the general characteristics of definite Chinese trisyllabic nouns:it compares the similarities and differences of three structure, including the similarities and differences of basic distribution and the comparison of strong semantic matching patterns. It finds that the expression of content meaning are preferentially chooses noun attribute, and the expression of functional meaning preferentially chooses verb attributes; There are many frequently used morphemes in the three types of structures, most of which belong to basic words and have strong word-formation ability. |
