Chinese figure painting has a strong graphic narrative,a long history,profound national culture and extremely rich connotation.It is not only the potential expression of the deep connotation of Chinese philosophy consciousness,but also the direct expression of national culture consciousness in the creation of Sinology picture books.Chinese traditional painting has an inherent penetrating power.When applied to the creation of Sinology picture books,the words run through the picture,and they all have a strong "Chinese flavor",which not only has a high artistic aesthetic value,but also has a profound cultural value.In view of the application of Chinese traditional ink painting art in the creation of the picture book "reading Confucius’ wisdom",the main research contents and creative practice process of this paper are as follows: first,analyze the background and significance of traditional painting art in the creation of picture books;Secondly,it summarizes the related contents of traditional ink painting and picture books;By taking the picture books of three painters,liangpeilong,Xiong Liang and Ajiao as examples,this paper analyzes the application of traditional ink painting in picture books,and discusses the application status of traditional ink painting in contemporary picture book creation;Record the practice process of the traditional ink art form in the creation of the picture book "understanding Confucius’ wisdom",including the creative idea,picture composition,ink line depiction,coloring and rendering,and the final work display;Summarize the creation experience and creation perception,and look forward to the future of Chinese style picture books.Chinese traditional ink painting art,with its unique aesthetic conception,mysterious oriental philosophy and artistic expression representing the Chinese humanistic spirit,can be said to complement each other in the creation of Sinology picture books.Whether it is the expression of the theme,creative thinking or description techniques,they all convey the spirit of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The picture book "understanding Confucius’ wisdom" takes Chinese and foreign teenagers as the target audience.When studying the presentation of the picture,it has carried out repeated thinking and continuous practice.On the one hand,we should not completely abandon Chinese elements just to cater to the likes of foreign teenagers.On the other hand,we should not be too traditional when we choose to use Chinese traditional painting art to express picture books and stories.It should not only be liked by young readers at home and abroad,but also appropriately show the artistic charm of traditional ink painting.Let Chinese and foreign teenagers understand Confucius’ wisdom and deeply appreciate the interest of traditional Chinese painting.
