| Under the pressure system formed from central to local governments in China,pressure is transmitted layer by layer and tasks are increased layer by layer.Political and administrative coordination,so that the expression and implementation of national will organic unity.In the topdown implementation of the system,the enthusiasm of grassroots government staff is particularly important in the critical period when epidemic prevention and control is becoming normal and grassroots social governance is facing a major transformation.It is an obvious fact that communitylevel workers directly face and serve the people,and that their work burdens are heavy and their tasks are messy.For a long time,the ceaseless heavy work has seriously affected the physical and mental health of grassroots cadres.Grassroots cadres are faced with heavy tasks,big pressure,slow promotion,overtime,far from the city,poor welfare and other practical difficulties,become the true portrayal of work.The problems of mental health and job burnout of grass-roots government workers are not only the problems of individual psychology and work,but also the public management problems of national grass-roots units.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing relevant researches on job burnout and mental health,this thesis attempts to explore the influencing mechanism of occupational mental health problems among grassroots government workers from the perspective of transformational leadership.Based on the research hypothesis,this thesis explores the influence mechanism of transformational leadership on the mental health level of grassroots government workers,and further studies whether job burnout has a mediating effect on the mental health level of grassroots government workers and transformational leadership.Based on the transformational leadership theory,this study investigated the effects of transformational leadership style on the mental health of civil servants at the grassroots level,and the mediating effect of job burnout.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the four dimensions of transformational leadership--vision reward,moral stereotype,personalized care and leadership charisma and the mediating variable job burnout.There is a significant negative correlation between job burnout and mental health.Vision reward,personalized care and leadership charisma had no significant effect on dependent variables of mental health.Job burnout plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between virtue and mental health of civil servants.The effect of moral stereotype on mental health level was completely mediated by job burnout.Job burnout has no mediating effect on the other three dimensions of transformational leadership:vision reward,personalized care,charisma and mental health of civil servants.In view of the research results and combined with work experience,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in two aspects of how transformational leadership plays a role at grassroots level and alleviates the job burnout of grassroots government staff. |
