| Five thousand years of Chinese farming culture,through a variety of types of agricultural festival activity show.The vigorous development of agricultural festival activities can not only raise farmers’ awareness and stimulate their enthusiasm in production and life,and revitalize the rural economy,but also be an effective carrier fordisplaying rural civilization and village culture,to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside,to promote rural tourism economy and rural rejuvenation strategy development,countryside to be beautiful and peasants.In order to understand the current development of the Ruyuan Yao,this paper starts from the current development of the Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County,taking the participants,organizers,operators,local villages and residents of Ruyuan Agricultural Festival as research objects,this paper analyzes Ruyuan Agricultural Festival problems development the by using the theory of stakeholders,and probes into the causes of its formation,to figure out what the policy is.This paper introduces two research methods of interview and questionnaire survey,it can be used as a reference for the development of agricultural festivals in other Autonomous County of China.In this paper,the Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County as the research object,through the field survey of dairy farming festival activities of stakeholders,in the form of questionnaires or field research interviews,this paper analyzes and summarizes the interviewees’ demand for agricultural festival activities and the development of agricultural festival activities in Ruyuan,and finds out that the development of agricultural festival activities is lack of innovation and low brand awareness The participation degree is not high,the activity experience is insufficient;the planning is not reasonable,the efficiency is not good;the propaganda lacks the continuity and the diversity;lacks the specialized talented person troop and so on the question.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as digging the local culture deeply,innovating the products of the agricultural festival,enhancing the People’s sense of participation,overall planning,strengthening the market-oriented operation,applying various forms of long-term promotion and publicity,and strengthening the construction of the qualified personnel ranks.It is hoped that the study will further promote the vigorous development of the Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County,raise the awareness of dairy farmers,motivate them to produce and live,and increase the added value of the traditional rural economy,adjusting and optimizing the rural economic structure.In addition,it hopes to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of other county-level agricultural festivals in the future. |
