The Research On Jun,Xian,and Xiang-Li Based On Li-ye Qin Bamboo Slips(Ⅱ)

The system of prefectures and counties has had an extremely significant impact on Chinese history.Since Emperor Qin Shihuang extended the system of prefectures and counties to the world,this system has become the source of China’s local governance system for more than two thousand years.However,since there is no geography book of Qin,the establishment of Qin prefectures and counties cannot be stated.This article aims to use the newly unearthed Li-ye Qin Bamboo Slips(Ⅱ)and other Qin and Han unearthed documents and materials published in recent years to systematically sort out the problems of Qin’s counties and townships found in the Li-ye Qin Bamboo Slips(Ⅱ),With a view to advancing the research in Qin Jun,Xian and Xiang-Li.In the brief text,the regions are named Zhongxian,Guanwai,Xindi,and Jiangdong,and the country names are Qin,Jing,and Wei,which outlines the geographical circle constructed during the process of Qin’s rule of the world.The Lujiang,Donghui,Handan,Huaiyang,and Zhejiang seen in the brief text are Qin Jun,which is mutually confirmed by handed down documents.This article also confirms that Taishan is a new discovery of Qin Jun,and Taishan was established between the 26th and 35th year of Qin Shihuang.The Xian names in the brief text are Meiyang,Xiayang,Duyang,Xiangwu,Shan,Jiao,Yangdi,Lingling,Wan,Yangcheng,Pheasant,Xinye,Biyang,Deng,Luyang,Yidao,Zhouling Counties such as Xiaolou,Qian,Zhongli,Chengfu,Duyang,Wuyang,Luocheng,Yiling,Anyang,Fu,Luo,etc.,all belong to the Qin Dynasty.county.Among them,Anling of Qin was not the Anling of Han-era Zhangjiashan Second-Year and Ordinances strips,was not the Yanling in the Book of Han:Treatise on Geography,it is evolved from the Anling of Chu.In the brief text,Qin Qianling County is the basic structure of the Xian-Xiang-Li.The names of the townships under the Qianling are:Du-Xiang governs Gao-Li and Yang-Li,Qiling-Xiang governs Cheng-Li,and Erchun-Xiang Township governs Nan-Li and Dongcheng-Li,Yu-Li.In addition,Zhenyang-Li,Shang-Li,Ancheng-Li,and Wu’an-Li clearly belong to Qianling.Yiqiu-Li,Gaoxu-Li,Quan-Li,Jing-Li,and Ping-Li are not yet known counties due to limited data.In the brief text,can see military landscapes such as pavilions and Tianjin,as well as waterside settlement landscapes such as Boshi,Tianguanzhu,Yifu,and Yanfu.From Yanshui,Ershan,Xiyishan,Yuxi,Xigushan,Baozhao Landscapes such as streams,Qianliang and other mountains and rivers.
