Chaizhuang Site is an important site from the Late Shang Dynasty to the Western Zhou Dynasty,which was excavated in the Qinmang River Basin in northern Henan Province in recent years.The main remains found are divided into two parts:the late Shang aristocratic burial area in the middle part of the site and the small and medium-sized residential area in the northwest part of the site.Taking the small and medium-sized residential areas in the northwest as the main research object,this paper studies the stages and ages,settlements and society.The most remarkable part of the site is a batch of pottery tripod.This paper also studies the pottery tripod.Based on this,the cultural factors contained in the pottery are analyzed to observe the role of the site in the Shang and Zhou revolutionThe structure of this paper is as follows:The introduction part introduces the excavation of the site,the reason of the topic and the ideas and methods of research.The current research status and existing problems in the northern Henan region where the site is located.The first chapter introduces the excavation results of the site.According to the residential address and the type of tomb,the typical relic units are selected for introductionThe second chapter is the research on the stage and age of Chaizhuang Site.This chapter is the focus of this paper.Through the typology research on the unearthed relics,the author sorted them according to the sequence of stratigraphy,and finally compared them with other sites to establish the stage and age framework of Chaizhuang SiteThe third chapter is the study of the settlement and society at Chaizhuang Site.By means of macroscopic observation,the characteristics of the evolution of the settlement at Chaizhuang Site are understood.The household archaeology method is used to understand the formation form of the household,the living mode and the degree of social differentiation at the site.In the fourth chapter,we study ab-type pottery tripod and analyze the diachronic changes of cultural factors in the archaeological site,and observe the role of the archaeological site in the Shang and Zhou revolution.The epilogue summarizes the main viewpoints of this paper.
