Objective:1.Study the physical types of patients with blood stasis,and analyze the main predisposition of patients with blood stasis.2.Explore the relationship between genes BCLAF1,FOSL 2 and blood stasis syndrome susceptibility to coronary heart disease.Methods:1.171 patients of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome and 23 cases of healthy patients were admitted in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Uiversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022,and the patients were classified,and the susceptibility of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease was analyzed according to the results.Then,susceptible patients were grouped according to physical type,and healthy people were set as the control group.The data of disease course,age,sex,body mass index(BMI),blood lipid,uric acid(UA),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were analyzed.2.RT-PCR and Elisa technology were used to detect the expression levels of BCLAF1 and FOSL 2 in the blood of each group,and the differential expression of each group was analyzed.Results:1)Results of physical distribution of blood stasis in coronary heart disease(1)A total of 171 patients with CHD syndrome were included in this study,Among these,113 cases with a single constitution,Accounting for 66.08%,The three physique with the highest proportion were sputum dampness(15.79%),blood stasis(14.04%)and qi deficiency(14.04%):58 cases,Among them,39 cases(22.81%),19 cases of constitution(11.11%),According to the results of this study,The susceptible constitution of blood stasis in coronary heart disease is:phlegm dampness,blood stasis and qi deficiency,In this group,27 sputum dampness group,24 blood stasis group,21 qi deficiency group and 23 healthy control group were included as the subsequent study subjects.(2)Comparing the duration,age,gender,and BMI of the four groups,there was no statistical difference in the duration of the three susceptible groups(P>0.05).no statistical difference in the age and gender of the four groups(P>0.05):the sputum group had higher BMI than the other three groups,statistically significant(P<0.05),and no statistical difference in BMI between the other three groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of blood lipids in the 4 groups,CHOL and LDL-C levels were higher in the three susceptible groups than in the healthy controls,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),3 group comparison between groups,CHOL and LDL-C were higher in the sputum and blood group than the gas deficiency group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Compared with the sputum and dampness group and the blood stasis group.No signtficant difference in CHOL levels(P>0.05),LDL-C level was higher in sputum dampness group than in blood stasis group(P<0.05):HDL-C was lower in the three susceptible group than in the healthy control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),3 group comparison between groups,Lower in HDL-C in sputum and blood stasis than in gas deficiency group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in HDL-C levels between the sputum and blood stasis groups(P>0.05).(4)Comparing the UA of the four groups,the UA of the three susceptible groups was higher than that of the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in UA between the three susceptible groups(P>0.05).(5)Comparing FPG and HbA 1 c,compared between the four groups,the results of pairwise comparisons were different(P<0.05),and FPG and HbA1c levels were:sputum dampness group>blood stasis group>qi deficiency group>healthy control group.2)BCLAF1,FOSL 2 exPression level resultsThe exPression levels of BCLAF1 and FOSL 2 in the PeriPheral blood of the four four samPles were determined by RT-PCR and ELISA,and the results were as follows:(1)The BCLAF1 expression of the three susceptible groups was higher than that of the healthy control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the three groups,there was no significant difference in BCLAF1 expression between the three groups(P>0.05).(2)The expression of FOSL 2 in the three susceptible groups was higher than that in the healthy control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the three susceptible groups,the expression of FOSL 2 was higher than that in the blood stasis group and gas deficiency group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in FOSL 2 between blood plasma group and gas deficiency group(P>0.05).conclusion:The susceptible constitution of patients with coronary heart disease is mainly:phlegm dampness,blood stasis and qi deficiency.1.The BMI value of blood stasis and sputum dampness is higher than that of other physical and healthy people,and the patients with blood stasis are mostly accompanied by hyperlipidemia and high uric acid,and the blood lipid level of patients with sputum dampness and blood stasis is higher than that of patients with qi deficiency.2.The FPG and HbA 1 c levels of patients with blood stasis were higher than those of healthy patients,and they were more likely to develop diabetes,and the blood glucose level was as follows:sputum dampness group>blood stasis group>qi deficiency group>healthy control group.3.BCLAF1 and FOSL 2 were both susceptibility genes for blood stasis in coronary heart disease.There was no significant difference in BCLAF1 expression between the three constitutions,and the expression of FOSL 2 in sputum wet population was higher than that of blood stasis and qi deficiency. |
