Research On The Path To Improve The Medical Service Capacity Of Township Health Center

Strengthening the grass-roots level,that is,improving the capacity of grass-roots medical and health institutions,is the focus of deepening the reform of the medical system and implementing the healthy China strategy.The township health center is the node hub in the rural three-level medical and health service grid,the main body providing basic medical and health services in rural areas,and an irreplaceable force to ensure the health of rural residents.Although the medical reform focusing on strengthening the grass-roots level has lasted for 14 years,some township health centers are still far away from "strengthening".Why is the medical service capacity of township health centers relatively weak? How to improve the service ability is still an urgent topic to be studied.This thesis uses stakeholder theory and expectation theory,adopts literature research method,in-depth interview method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and induction and deduction method,and takes Ningxiang HC Health Center as the anatomical object to explore the path to improve the medical service capacity of township health centers.In the past decade,the medical service capacity of Ningxiang HC Health Center has been continproved,and the doctor-patient satisfaction is relatively high.However,there is still insufficient space for medical business;The facilities are old and unreasonable;The degree of informatization is not high;Essential drugs cannot meet the needs of clinical medication;Shortage of professional and technical personnel and unreasonable structure.The main reasons are the lack of financial investment,the lack of overall planning and management of information construction,the inadequate supply of basic drugs,and the imperfect incentive mechanism.In order to fundamentally solve the factors that restrict the further improvement of the medical service capacity of township hospitals,we must strengthen the main responsibility of the government and increase the financial input;Establish county medical information platform to realize information interconnection;Accelerate the reform of personnel system and improve the performance distribution system;Establish county drug distribution centers and improve the basic drug system.
