Objective:78 cases of central airway malignant tumor were included in this study,to explore and summarize the TCM symptoms, syndrome characteristics and changing rules of argon-helium cryoablation before and after operation,in order to provide objective basis for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of central airway malignant tumor. Methods:From May 2020 to February 2023,collect patients diagnosed with central airway malignant tumor and treated by argon-helium cryoablation in the respiratory wards of Dongcheng Branch and Tongzhou Branch of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and record the general information of patients, preoperative and postoperative 1,3,7 days of symptom information collection table, according to the proposed diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome differentiation, then the information which meets the requirements is entered into Excel 2021,and finally SPSS 26.0 software is used for statistical analysis.Results:1.In this study, male patients with central airway malignant tumor were more than female patients, and most of them were about 50 years old.2.In this study, the patients with central airway malignant tumor had the most common course from 1 to 3 years.3.In this study, squamous cell carcinoma was the most common type of central airway malignant tumor, followed by adenoid cystic carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoid, adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma.4.In this study, the most common site of malignant tumor in central airway was main airway,Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅴ>Ⅰ>Ⅳ>Ⅶ>Ⅵ>Ⅷ.the second is the mixed type, the external type and the wall type.5.In this study, the most common symptom of patients with central airway malignant tumors was cough, followed by symptoms such as wheezing, phlegm, hemoptysis, fatigue, chest and hypochondriac pain, and poor mood.6.In this study, patients with central airway malignant tumors had more common preoperative TCM syndromes of phlegm heat syndrome, phlegm dampness syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome, and yin deficiency syndrome, while postoperative syndromes of phlegm heat syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, and qi stagnation syndrome were more common;Among the composite syndromes, regardless of preoperative or postoperative, phlegm heat invading the lung syndrome, phlegm turbidity obstructing the lung syndrome, phlegm stasis obstruction syndrome, and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are the most common, and postoperative deficiency syndrome is more common than preoperative.7.In this study, there was no significant correlation between TCM syndrome distribution and age, sex, course of disease, life history, dyspnea score,KPS score in patients with central airway malignant tumor before operation.Conclusion:1.Phlegm syndrome, depression syndrome, and deficiency syndrome are the main preoperative manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine, while phlegm syndrome, depression syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, and deficiency syndrome are the main postoperative manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine;2.In this study,argon-helium cryoablation has the advantages of less pain, less trauma, complete ablation, strong repeatability and better long-term effect,it is worthy of further promotion and research in the treatment of central airway malignant tumor.
