| Objective:This study is based on the analysis of 453 cases of TCM by means of data mining and multi-fusion method of complicated network analysis,including sex age,symptoms,tongue vein,TCM frequency,core drugs,drug coordination and drug clustering.Methods:From January 2015 to October 2022,453 cases of chronic gastritis diagnosed and treated by professor Ding Xia in Dongzhimen Hospital and outpatient department of National Medical Center were collected.453 cases were collected,716 cases were recorded,and then standardized according to the reference standards.The standardized information was processed and analyzed statistically by Pingming Medical Inheritance Station,so as to excavate the medication rule and academic thought of instructor in treating chronic gastritis.Results:1.Gender age:41%men and 59%women.The majority of the patients were middle-aged and middle-aged,and the peak age was middle-aged.CAG was older than CNAG.There was no significant difference in gender and symptom spectrum between CNAG and CAG.2.Symptoms:Chronic gastritis is characterized by abdominal distension,stomachache,acid reflux and poor sleep.The symptoms of CNAG were abdominal distension,stomachache,acid reflux,heartburn,fatigue,lax stool,belching,mouthache,stomachache,acid reflux,heartburn,heartburn,heartburn,dry mouth,belching.3.Tongue vein:Extraction of tongue,tongue coating,pulse pattern,appearance of the most frequently of tongue veins are tooth mark tongue,dark tongue,red tongue,greasy moss,string pulse,fine pulse,sliding pulse,sinking pulse,weak pulse,etc.4.Frequency of use of Chinese medicine for chronic gastritis:191 flavors,15158 times in total,including licorice,perilla,sand kernel,perilla stalk,tangerine peel,wood fragrance,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,fruiting,etc.There were 14 kinds of drugs,including Qi-li medicine,anti-phlegm,anti-asthmatic medicine,antidote to cough,anti-asthmatic medicine,antidote to deficiency medicine,antihumidifier,anti-disease medicine,anti-hemostatic medicine,anti-hemostatic medicine.5.Four gases and five flavors:cold,warm medicine-based,medicine taste to sweet,bitter,bitter medicine most.6.Meridianization:Mainly the spleen,stomach and lungs.7.Core drugs:28 core drugs,the top ten Chinese medicines in order of rhubarb,licorice,Poria,Scutellaria,Huanglian,tangerine peel,angelica,chaihu,xiexie,half summer.8.Pharmaceutical synergism:The conditions were set to Co-ratio>0.50,Co-event>100,Colevel=4.It was found that Professor Ding Xia treated chronic gastritis with perilla-perilla root,perilla root-perilla root,perilla root-perilla root,perilla root-perilla root,perilla root-perilla root,perilla root-perilla root.9.Drug clustering:According to drug clustering analysis,the common clinical herbs associated with chronic gastritis can be divided into 10 potential drug groups.Conclusion:1.There were more female patients than male patients,and functional dyspepsia was the main cause of gastric discomfort;2.The instructor uses warm drugs to regulate spleen and stomach,warm drugs to help Yang and Huaiqi,and flat drugs to level Zhongjiao;3.The instructor treated the spleen,stomach and liver with sweet medicine to treat the disease with the physiological and pathological characteristics;4.Summarize the experience characteristics of Professor Ding Xia in treating chronic gastritis:(1)Pay attention to the relationship between spleen,stomach and liver;(2)Access to spleen and stomach Qi machine,regulate spleen and stomach function;(3)Help to absorb and adjust gastrointestinal tract. |
