| Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Yao Naili in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety and depression,and to verify the efficacy and safety of Qingjiang Shuyu Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety and depression.Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted to include 90 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety and depression of liver-spleen disharmony and phlegm-heat accumulation type from November 2021 to February 2023.The treatment group was treated with Qingjiang Shuyu decoction combined with omeprazole,and the control group was treated with omeprazole.The clinical data of the patients were collected at 8 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of follow-up.The efficacy indexes and safety indexes such as TCM symptom score,anxiety,depression self-rating scale and mucosal inflammation under gastroscopy were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)TCM symptom score:The total score of TCM symptoms showed that after 8 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of follow-up,the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The results of single score comparison showed that the symptoms of heartburn,acid reflux,loss of appetite,irritability and bitter taste in the treatment group were significantly improved,and significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).(2)Efficacy of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group.The total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms:The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients with anxiety and depression symptoms decreased after treatment,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of patients with anxiety and depression in the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)GERD Q scale score:The results of intra-group comparison showed that the GERD Q scale scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased to varying degrees after treatment(P0.05).(5)GERD-HRQL scale score:The results of intra-group comparison showed that the GERD-HRQL scale scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant;the comparison between the two groups showed that the GERD-HRQL scale score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 8 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of follow-up(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.(6)Improvement of endoscopic mucosal inflammation in RE patients:There were 26 cases of RE diagnosed by endoscopy in the treatment group and 12 cases in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,2 cases of RE patients in the treatment group were cured,16 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 69.23%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 66.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(7)Safety evaluation:There was no significant difference in safety indicators and adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingjiang Shuyu Decoction is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety and depression.On the basis of omeprazole,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients,and improve the overall quality of life of patients. |
