| Purpose:To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effect of Tao chen mo shen jian combined with hormone and cyclophosphamide on idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and explore new options of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Material and method:Using the electronic medical record system,patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy stage I-II and deficiency of spleen and kidney combined with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were selected from the nephrology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to December 2021.A total of 82 patients were divided into two groups according to whether they used traditional Chinese medicine decoction or not,including 40 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was given tao chen mo shen jian orally.The indexes of 24-hour urinary protein,albumin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,blood creatinine,clinical syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,medical effect of Chinese and Western medicine before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of TCM clinical syndrome score and TCM curative effect between the two groups: the TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of the two groups were improved.There was significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after 8months of treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.In addition,the total effective rate of the treatment group(90%)was higher than that of the control group(82.5%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).2.Comparison of physical and chemical indexes and curative effect of Western medicine between the two groups: the physical and chemical indexes and curative effect of Western medicine in the two groups were improved after 8 months of treatment.There were significant differences in 24 h urinary protein,plasma albumin,total cholesterol and triglyceride between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the good transformation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.8%)was higher than that of the control group(75%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The blood routine,stool routine,liver function,ECG and other safety indexes of the two groups were not significantly abnormal before and after treatment,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Taochen membrane Kidney Decoction Combined with hormone and cyclophosphamide has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.It can significantly improve the clinical manifestations and physical and chemical indexes of patients.It can be applied and popularized in clinic. |
