Purpose: According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,malignant tumor disease belongs to the category of "Accumulation".Malignant tumor is a common and major clinical disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Based on the clinical demand for cancer treatment,summarize and verify the core pathogenesis of accumulation disease in the Inner Canon,collect and sort out the application and development of warming Yang method by later doctors,and provide a theoretical basis for warming Yang method in the treatment of accumulation disease.And collect and sort out the literature in recent 10 years to provide data support for the treatment and prescription of warming Yang method in the treatment of accumulation disease,so as to expand the practical application of warming Yang method in accumulation disease treatment.Method and content:By using the methods of literature collation and data mining,the ancient and modern literature on the treatment of accumulation disease by warming Yang method was consulted through literature retrieval.Through data mining,the collected data are statistically analyzed.The research contents are: 1.Summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of accumulation disease in the original text of the Inner Canon and analyze its core pathogenesis;2.Summarize the application and development of warming Yang method in the treatment of accumulation disease in ancient and later generations;3.Collect the relevant literature in recent 10 years,download and sort it into data,and study the diagnosis and treatment law of warming Yang method in the clinical application of accumulation disease.Results: 1.According to the theory of accumulation disease in the Inner Canon,the core pathogenesis is Yang deficiency and cold coagulation.2.Warming Yang method is an important method to treat accumulation disease.Doctors of many dynasties used warming Yang method to treat the disease according to the accumulation theory of the Inner Canon,creating and accumulating many effective medical records and prescriptions.3.158 relevant literatures were retrieved from the database,and a total of71 classic prescriptions were used,involving 268 traditional Chinese medicines and 102 treatments.Yanghe Decoction is the most frequently used prescription,followed by Sini Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction,Fuzi Lizhong Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.From high to low,268 traditional Chinese medicines are atractylodes macrocephala,aconite,poria cocos,astragalus,dried ginger,roasted licorice,cinnamon twig,etc.The proportion of drug classification was mainly supplemental drugs,followed by warm herbs,relieving exterior drugs,and promoting diuresis.According to the cluster analysis of the top 50 traditional Chinese medicines used frequently,there are six categories: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Guizhi Decoction,Sini Decoction,Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Wuling powder combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Yang tonifying drugs,phlegm eliminating and knot dispersing drugs,food reducing drugs,heat clearing and detoxifying anti-tumor drugs,and Yanghe Decoction.The most frequently used drug groups were mustard-ephedra,atractylodes macrocephala-roasted licorice-poria cocos,rehmannia glutinosa-mustard-ephedra-cinnamon.The common treatment methods are warming Yang,supplementing qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,strengthening spleen,dispersing cold,tonifying kidney,resolving phlegm,detoxifying,dispersing knot and warming kidney.According to the cluster analysis of treatment methods,four categories are obtained: tonifying qi and nourishing Yin,tonifying essence and blood,dispersing cold and dredging stagnation and collaterals;Warming Yang,supplementing qi and dredging the pulse,removing blood stasis and hemostasis,nourishing yin and blood,strengthening the foundation,promoting water and detumescence;Warming and tonifying deficiency,harmonizing stomach and relieving pain,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness;Warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney,clearing away heat,detoxifying and anti-cancer,regulating qi,resolving phlegm and dispersing knot,promoting qi and reducing inversion,transforming Qi and removing dampness.According to the analysis of the association rules of treatment methods,seven kinds of combination treatment methods of warming yang are summarized,which are warming yang to replenish qi,warming yang to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,warming yang to strengthen the spleen,warming yang to dissipate cold,warming yang to dissipate phlegm,warming Yang to dissipate knot and warming yang to dispel dampness.Conclusion: The core pathogenesis of accumulation disease in the Inner Canon is Yang deficiency and cold coagulation.Later doctors developed the idea of warming Yang to treat accumulation and summarized many effective prescriptions and methods.By summarizing the modern relevant literature,it is found that the core drug of warming Yang method in the treatment of accumulation disease is warming yang and tonifying deficiency medicine,followed by warming internal medicine.The focus of warming Yang method in the treatment of accumulation disease is warming yang and tonifying deficiency.In terms of treatment methods,according to the data summary,seven common treatment methods of warming Yang in the treatment of accumulation disease are found,which are warming yang to replenish qi,warming yang to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,warming yang to strengthen the
