| Objective:Based on the theory of"four seasons regulating Yang" and guided by the thought of "preventive treatment of disease" in traditional Chinese medicine,a new Qi deficiency state evaluation scale was established,which can reflect the degree of qi deficiency.It provides a practical evaluation tool for clinical evaluation of qi deficiency state and its degree,and provides a reliable reference for the prevention and treatment of qi deficiency.Methods:Through the previous literature search of "Qi deficiency syndrome",80 Qi deficiency related syndromes were screened.On this basis,we conducted semistructured interview of qi deficiency state and screened out 59 items to form a preliminary scale.The first round of Delphi expert consultation was carried out with the preliminary scale,and the data obtained from expert consultation were statistically analyzed.Combined with expert opinions,31 items of qi deficiency state were obtained.After the first round of Delphi expert consultation,we carried out the first round of clinical pre-test.According to the data collected in the pre-test,we carried out statistical analysis.After eliminating the items lacking in objectivity or universality,we got 30 items of qi deficiency state.After the second round of Delphi expert consultation with 30 items obtained from the first round of clinical pre-trial,24 items of qi deficiency state were obtained by combining theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,screening and adjusting language to form the second scale.The second round of clinical trial was conducted with Qi deficiency state scale.The reliability and validity of the second round data were evaluated.Results:The enthusiasm of experts in the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and finally formed a 24 item evaluation scale,which was divided into three dimensions:lung and spleen function,spleen and kidney function,and vitality function,including 10,10,and 4 dimensions respectively.After the evaluation of reliability and validity,the scale has good reliability,discriminant validity and construct validity.Conclusion:①This study follows the international standard of the scale,based on the theory of "four seasons regulating Yang",and under the guidance of the thought of"preventive treatment of disease" in traditional Chinese medicine,established the posture evaluation scale of qi deficiency state,which provides a practical reference tool for clinical evaluation of Qi deficiency state in traditional Chinese medicine.②The established Qi deficiency assessment scale has reference significance for the subsequent development of qi deficiency related scales.③Through the early exploration of literature,we screened out the standardized Qi deficiency state item pool,a total of 24 items,and innovatively divided its dimensions from light to heavy according to the degree of qi deficiency loss.In this study,the subjective and objective screening method is used to ensure the professionalism and importance of the Qi deficiency scale,which is also representative,independent and highly sensitive.Through the analysis of reliability and validity,the scale has good reliability and validity. |
