| Purpose:Body fluids are the general term for all normal fluids in the body,including the internal fluids and their normal secretions of organs and bodies.It is the basic substance that sustains human life activities and has an indispensable role in human life activities.Clinically related fluid-related diseases are common,so it is important to explore available information on the diagnosis of body fluid disorders,to find out the objective indicators to evaluate the status of body fluids,and to improve the syndrome differentiation system of body fluids.Judging from the definition of body fluids,it includes fluids circulating in the body,as well as liquids excreted as metabolic products represented by urine,saliva,and sweat.From the perspective of body fluid metabolism,abnormal body fluid delivery not only affects the secretion and excretion of saliva,sweat,and urine,but also affects their composition and molecular concentration.Conversely,it is possible to evaluate the body’s body fluid metabolic status more objectively by studying the secretion of urine,sweat,and saliva and the concentration of each component.Pulse diagnosis is a distinctive diagnostic method for traditional Chinese medicine.Pulse diagnosis can infer changes in human qi and blood to assist in syndrome differentiation and treatment.The Valsalva test is a common action in the clinical and scientific fields of cardiovascular medicine.It has been proved that it can be used to imitate the blood vessels and veins caused by blood loss and injury,that is,experimental veins.Therefore,by collecting the pulse characteristics of experimental veins,we can obtain the characteristics of pathological spastic blood pulse diagnosis of blood loss and injury,and analyze the cardiovascular physiological changes in a large amount of body fluid damage in a short time.Methods:Experiment 1 Subjects were divided into two groups:healthy group and abnormal body fluid transmission group.The subject’s basic human body information and pulse diagnosis information were collected,and saliva,sweat,and urine were collected under certain conditions to detect the basal secretion of tear fluid.These data were compared and spss20 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to find out the features of diagnostic information that are meaningful for assessing the metabolic status of body fluids.Experiment 2 The pulse diagnosis information of 30 healthy subjects was collected using the pulse diagnosis module of the four consultations auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system.After collecting at least 6 normal pulse waves,perform valsalva on the basis of maintaining the stable posture of the left arm,and use the barometer to control the air pressure at 4kpa for 20s,and continuously record the pressure pulse waveform to stop valsalva.Stop the acquisition after 20 seconds of the action.Change the condition of the valsalva operation to keep the air pressure at around 2kpa,and collect the pulse diagnosis information again.The"dimensions of position" feature of the pulse diagnosis was analyzed using the fourdiagnosis ginseng auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system.At the same time,some pulse parameters that can express the changes of the pressure pulse pattern were selected,and the statistical changes of the parameters of the two experimental groups before and after the valsalva movement were analyzed.Results:Compared with the normal group,the body fluid metabolic abnormality group had the characteristics of relatively slow heart rate,high BMI value,high diastolic pressure,and increased systolic pressure on the basic human body information.From the total secretion of saliva and sweat over a period of time,the total amount of sweat perspiration and total saliva secretion in the abnormal fluid delivery group were significantly higher than those in the normal group.In the basic tear secretion condition,there was more tear secretion in the abnormal body fluid delivery group than in the normal group,and this difference was significant.Comparing the amounts of sweat in different parts of the body of the two groups,it can be seen that,under similar conditions,the amount of perspiration in the abnormal body of the body fluid transfusion group differs from that of the normal group.In the comparison of the concentrations of three liquids and nine small molecules,there was only a significant difference between the normal group and the abnormal fluid delivery group in the concentration of saliva magnesium and sweat magnesium.The pulse diagnosis of valsalva’s experimental iliac veins is characterized by an increase in pulse rate,an increase in variability,a rise in fluency,a decrease in chordal tightness,and a decrease in pulsation;the characteristics of the pulse pattern are mainly high and small,and that of Jiangzhongxia is reduced.Decreased amplitude of descending midwave;its cardiovascular function status is characterized by faster heart rate,higher arterial pressure,slower pulse wave conduction velocity,and the above changes will occur when the pressure is 2kpa and 4kpa,more obvious when the pressure is 4kpa.Conclusion:When the status of body fluids changes,for example,the body fluid abnormalities involved in this study and the state of blood loss caused by valsalva movements,the basic information of the human body,the secretion of saliva,sweat,tears,saliva,sweat,urine Concentration of small molecules in the medium and four diagnostic information represented by pulse diagnosis,etc.,can be used to obtain diagnostic information,and corresponding changes will occur.Therefore,when we obtain these diagnostic information,it is also possible to evaluate the body fluid status.In addition,if further experiments are conducted to obtain more adequate data,combined with existing research results,the qi-blood fluid network identification device can be combined with the four-diagnosis auxiliary reference diagnosis and treatment system,which will reflect human biological information of changes in qi,blood and body fluids.Incorporating the dialectical field of TCM,it forms a characteristic diagnosis and treatment system combining macro and micro dialectical and subjective and objective dialectical,supplements the deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine,blood,and body fluids,enriches the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan,and forms a therapeutic evaluation method and system with TCM characteristics. |
