| Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,our country has unswervingly pursued the path of ecological priority and green development.After years of unremitting efforts,the concept of green development has gradually gained popularity among the people,and green industries have sprung up like bamboo shoots everywhere.Green development has achieved remarkable results.China’s ethnic minority areas have rich natural and cultural resources,but the level of economic development is low.It is the future trend of their economic development to use their own unique resources to develop characteristic industries,and to build characteristic industries guided by green development is an ideal path to achieve a win-win situation for economy and ecology.As a typical ethnic minority area and the core producing area of Camellia oleifera Abel in China,Yuping has ushered in a huge opportunity for green development at the right time.It is an important choice for Yuping to realize high-quality development of economy and society by making use of the economic,social and ecological triple benefits of Camellia oleifera Abel and turning it into a green industry that can enrich the ecological people.From the perspective of green development,how to help the development of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry to further improve the quality and efficiency,not only to achieve the purpose of "development",but also to meet the requirements of "green",is a topic worth studying and discussing.Based on the above considerations,starting from the perspective of green development,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry under the guidance of theories of ethnoeconomics,economic anthropology and other disciplines as well as relevant discipline knowledge,and finds out the factors restricting the green development of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry according to the analysis results.Finally,the author puts forward his own thinking on the cause of these constraints and the future direction of the green development road of Camellia oleifera Abel industry.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper uses five chapters to explore the Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry,specifically:The first chapter is mainly divided into two parts.One is to introduce the long history of Chinese Camellia oleifera Abel and the fit mechanism of Camellia oleifera Abel in green development,which is exactly the reason for its success in the green era,so as to show that the development of Camellia oleifera Abel industry has the right time,geographical location and people;Second,it introduces the general situation of the field points,and expounds the basic situation of Yuping Dong Autonomous County from the aspects of historical evolution,natural ecology,population,ethnic group,property resources and humanistic rhythm.The second chapter mainly introduces the overall situation of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry in detail from four parts.The first part focuses on the review of the development history of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry to fully understand the brilliance of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry and the reasons for the subsequent downturn;The second part describes the location,ecology,science and technology,policy and brand advantages of the development of Camellia oleifera Abel industry of Yuping,which means that these advantages can support its development and growth.The third part shows the cultural achievements created by the Dong people in the process of developing the Camellia oleifera Abel industry,including ballads and poetry couplets.The fourth part focuses on the thriving status of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry,from the side explains how to get rid of the downturn to the revival.The third chapter is the key part of the thesis.The author adopts the qualitative research method of in-depth interviews and surveys in the field.Firstly,the author excavates and presents the cultural,historical and economic value of the local ecological knowledge developed by the people of Dong Township in the long-term cultivation and production process of Camellia oleifera Abel,as well as the cultural,historical and economic value contained in the transition from tradition to modern technology of Camellia oleifera Abel extraction.Then,through the interviews and dialogues,it is found that the social relationship network established by the Dong people based on Camellia oleifera Abel is the key to help the Camellia oleifera Abel industry out of the downturn.Finally,the paper analyzes the contradictions among the core stakeholders of the Camellia oleifera Abel industry,namely the government,enterprises and farmers,and finds that their differences in interest demands lead to different degrees of contradictions and conflicts,which become a factor restricting the further development of the Camellia oleifera Abel industry in Yuping.The fourth chapter is the second key part of this paper.This chapter adopts quantitative analysis method,through the analysis of the content of the Green Development Index System released by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2016 and the research results of many domestic experts and scholars,combined with the 12 index data provided by the government of Yuping County,to construct the green development level evaluation index system of Camellia oleifera Abel industry.The evaluation system is divided into economic system,social system and ecological system,and the entropy method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation.The final evaluation results showed that although the overall trend of the green development level of the Camellia oleifera Abel industry was good,there were obvious differences among the subsystems,especially the low development level of the ecosystem,which exposed that although the Camellia oleifera Abel industry in Yuping had achieved periodic results in the aspect of "development",it had not answered the question of "green" well.The fifth chapter is about the future trend of green development of Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry.Based on the problems analyzed in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 and their causes,the paper puts forward that Yuping Camellia oleifera Abel industry should make breakthroughs in four aspects in the future: first,improve the subsidy mechanism and stimulate the self-development potential of farmers;Second,we should rebuild the spirit of contract and perfect the mechanism of contract restraint.Thirdly,it is necessary to strengthen the regional brand awareness and its protection system to standardize the Camellia oleifera Abel market.Fourth,we should adhere to the concept of green development and pay attention to the ecological benefits of Camellia oleifera Abel.Make full use of the ecological and economic attributes of Camellia oleifera Abel to create a green industry that enrichis the people,and find out a reasonable path for the future development of Yuping.This will not only help Yuping achieve high-quality green development,but also provide experience reference for other ethnic minority areas with similar resource endowment to develop green industries.And this is the ultimate purpose of this study. |
