| It is a kind of high quality forage grass with good palatability and high nutritional value.At present,there are few reports on the fermentation of forage rape and its use in pig feeding in Guizhou province.In this study,the forage rapeseed varieties(combinations)(Shengsi No.1,Shengsi No.2 and Youyan 50)were selected by the Rape Research Institute of Guizhou Province.By analyzing the biological yield and quality differences of forage rapeseed at different cutting stages,the better forage rapeseed varieties(combinations)were selected.At the same time,the mixed silage fermentation of forage rape and pig base diet was used to optimize the technological conditions for the production of fermented silage feed,and the feeding experiment was conducted in combination with Guizhou local pigs(Kele pigs)to evaluate the effects of feed feeding on the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of Kele pigs,so as to provide technical support for the reduction replacement of protein feed.When Through the above studies,the following results were obtained:1)Analysis and evaluation of nutritional value of feed Brassica napus L.in Shengsi No.2The biological yield of forage rapeseed showed that the dry weight yield of Shengsi No.2 was the highest at one week after final flowering stage,followed by its full bloom-stage(9132.49 kg/hm2),and the crude protein yield of Shengsi No.2 was the highest at full bloom-stage.It was 1855.55 kg/hm2,followed by 1610.75 kg/hm2one week after final flowering stage.At the same time,amino acid composition analysis showed that the three forage rapeseed contained 7 essential amino acids and10 non-essential amino acids.Except methionine and cysteine,the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids,and the ratio of essential amino acids to non-essential amino acids were close to or higher than the essential amino acid pattern standard recommended by FAO/WHO.The amino acid ratio coefficient was the highest(71.34)at one week after final flowering stage,suggesting the highest nutritional value at this period.Based on the meat quality of cattle,sheep and pigs,the protein of plant at full bloom-stage and one week after final flowering stage was assessed as good or above,which was superior to other test varieties(combinations).The optimal variety was finally determined to be fissile Shengsi No.2,and the optimal cutting period was one week after final flowering stage and full bloom-stage.2)Optimization of fermentation technology of mixed silage of Shengsi No.2and pig dietThere were some differences in the optimum fermentation technology of silage fermentation when Shengsi No.2 plants were fed at different growth stages as raw materials at different temperatures.When the full bloom-stage plants are fermented at constant temperature,the optimal fermentation combination was A1B3C3D1,that is,the substrate water content was 60%,the fermentation time was 3d,the fermentation temperature was 50℃,and Q bactericide was used as the additive.However,when the one week after final flowering stage plants are fermented at constant temperature,the optimal fermentation process combination was A1B1C2D2,that is,the substrate water content was 60%.The fermentation time was 1 d,the fermentation temperature was40℃,and O bacteria was used as additive.In addition,when the full bloom-stage plants are fermented at normal temperature,the optimal fermentation process was A1B2C1or A1B3C1,that is,the substrate water content was 60%,the fermentation agent was O or S,and the fermentation time was 28 d.3)Effects of Mixed Feeding of Shengsi No.2 and Diets on growth performance,immune and antioxidant capacity of Guizhou Kele PigIt was found that the average daily gain and feed/weight ratio of the experimental groups supplemented with 20%,30%and 40%rape fermented feed were not significantly different from that of the control group.The contents of serum immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig M,Ig G and Ig E)in experimental groups were higher than those in control group.Among them,adding 20%and 40%fermented rapeseed feed can improve the immunity and disease resistance of Kele pigs to a certain extent..The contents of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde in serum of Kele pigs in experimental groups were 0.15%-57.01%,32.42%-71.70%and46.96%-93.91%higher than those in control group,respectively,suggesting that feeding rape fermented feed can improve the antioxidant capacity of Kele pigs.4.Evaluation of economic benefit of pig feed prepared from feed Brassica napus L.in Shengsi No.2By comparing the feeding costs of fermented feed and full price diet,it was found that the diets of corn and soybean meal in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,and the diets of four experimental groups were reduced by18.45%,28.44%,32.54%and 35.85%,respectively.By comparison,the comprehensive breeding cost of Kele pigs was reduced by 14.19%-26.25%,and the experimental groups supplemented with 30%and 40%fermented feed had higher profit,which increased the net profit by 6.29%and 4.03%compared with the control group,respectively. |
