| China is a large agricultural country,and corn is one of the main food crops in China.In the production of corn,chemical fertilizer plays an important role,but the pollution to the environment caused by improper application of chemical fertilizer is also not negligible.To this end,a series of researches on maize fertilization and maize fertilization control methods were carried out.Reasonable control of fertilizer use can play a positive role in reducing environmental pollution,reducing cost and increasing yield.Based on the relevant technical theories and agronomic requirements of corn burrow fertilization,this paper designs a set of synchronous burrow fertilization control system suitable for corn seeding period.The system is equipped with corn seeding monitoring device on the basis of traditional fertilizer applicator,which can realize the synchronization of seeding and fertilization.This paper mainly carries out the following research from the following aspects:(1)Consult relevant data and analyze the influence of maize fertilization technology and different fertilization methods on maize fertilization yield.The effects of strip fertilization,hole fertilization,location and amount of fertilization on yield of maize fertilization were included.(2)According to the national standards and agricultural technical requirements,the hardware and software of the control system of corn variable fertilization test bench were designed.Hardware mainly includes the selection of each control system components and the construction of each module circuit,software mainly includes each module program design and control program debugging.(3)Establish a mathematical model for DC servo motor.The simulation models of PID,fuzzy PID and fuzzy neural network PID control methods are established by using Simulink in Matlab R2020 a and the simulation experiments are carried out.The simulation results show that the PID control strategy of fuzzy neural network has superior control performance such as fast response speed and no overkill.(4)The experiment of fertilizing maize sowing hole was carried out.In the single factor test,the distance between seed and fertilizer and the amount of fertilizer applied were tested,and the experimental results met the technical requirements of maize fertilization.The multi-factor test is based on factors such as rotation speed of fertilizer shaft,vehicle speed,rotation Angle of spiral shaft,variation coefficient of fertilizer discharge and seed fertilizer spacing error as evaluation indexes.The test results are analyzed by software Design-Expert8.0.6 to determine the optimal combination of primary and secondary factors and working parameters affecting fertilizer application. |
