China has been a major agricultural country since ancient times.The continuous high load production of land has caused enormous pressure on China’s precious land resources.At the same time,the by-product of grain production,straw,is also a great wealth.Low cost and harmless treatment of straw is the best method for protecting black soil resources.Nowadays,there is still a problem of high cost in mechanized straw returning to the field.Mechanized straw returning to the field requires the use of large agricultural machinery and multiple operation processes to achieve the effect of straw returning.The existing straw returning equipment in the market cannot achieve the effect of returning straw to the field in one operation.Some straw crushing effects are not good,and some straw remains on the surface,affecting soil quality and causing inconvenience for subsequent cultivation.Therefore,in order to promote the application of conservation tillage and achieve sustainable development of land resources.According to agricultural technology requirements,combined with existing corn straw returning machinery and rotary tillage machinery.Determine the structural form of the new type of machinery to achieve multiple uses for one machine.Provide reference for further research on corn straw returning equipment.The research content of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the requirements of agricultural machinery and agronomy,design an agricultural equipment with functions such as straw crushing and returning to the field,rotary tillage,and straw soil mixing on the basis of existing mechanical equipment.Implement one machine for multiple purposes.The transmission mode of the implement adopts a combination of gears and belts.The pulley and gearbox can be designed separately on the left and right sides of the machine body,balancing the weight of the implement on the left and right sides.Reduce the torque on the implement during suspension.(2)According to the national standards for corn straw returning machines,optimize the design of straw returning blades.Adopt V-L shape design and use computer software for cloud image analysis.Calculating and determining the structural parameters of the straw returning blade while ensuring that the center of mass of the blade does not move outward can greatly improve the cutting and scratching area of the crushing blade on the straw.Further improve the crushing effect of straw.(3)According to the national standards of rotary tillers,optimize the design of rotary tiller mixing blades.Realize secondary crushing of corn straw and fully mix the crushed straw with the soil after rotary tillage.The rotary blade designed in this paper adopts Archimedes spiral,which can reduce the energy consumption of the blade.Mainly used in the bending direction of the tangent blade,a circular arc is used to connect the tangent blade with the side cutting blade.And based on the traditional rotary tillage blade,a new type of rotary tillage mixed blade is calculated and designed.(4)A two factor completely random experiment was conducted in the field to verify the operational effectiveness of the designed straw returning blade and rotary tillage blade.And determine the optimal operating parameters.The optimal result is to determine a forward speed of 5km/h for the towing vehicle and a speed of 760r/min for the power output shaft.The straw crushing effect is good and meets national standards.The stability of rotary tillage can reach97.15%;The total crushing rate can reach 82.2%.The uniformity of soil and straw mixing is expressed by selecting straw in layers and measuring the quality of the straw.
