Sugarbeet,it is one of the most important sugar crops in our country,is also an important economic crop in our country. The tuber root is a main embodiment of Sugarbeet’s agronomic traits, the development of tuberous root has a very important effect on the sugar content of sugar beet. The parenchyma cell beside the exceptional vascular rings are the main storage cells of sucrose. Therefore, the exceptional vascular rings and the storage of sucrose plays an important role in the development of tuber roots in sugar beet. Therefore, this experiment screened the differentially expressed proteins before and after the formation of the first exceptional vascular rings of sugar beet roots, before and after the rapid expansion of beet roots by i TRAQ technique. In this experiment, the mixed samples of 7-10 DAC(Day after culture)were used as control group,15 DAC as experimental group. There are 134 differentially expressed proteins were identified before and after the formation of the exceptional vascular rings in sugar beet root tissues.8 important proteins were screened, which may be involved in regulating the formation of the first exceptional vascular rings in sugar beet root tissue. In this experiment, the 45 DAC were used as control group,60 DAC and 90 DAC as experimental group. There are 102 and 319 differentially expressed proteins were identified before and after the formation of rapid expansion of sugar beet root tubers. There are 11 proteins which were related to phytohormone synthesis and regulation, sucrose synthesis and transport, cell wall structure were up-regulated,suggesting that these proteins plays an extremely important role in the process of sugar beet root tubers enlargement. The metabolic network maps related to cell structure in the process of beet tuber root enlargement were preliminarily drawn, which involved IAA extreme transport,H~+transmembrane transport,PLD signal pathway,ROS pathway,BRs pathway,Lignin synthesis pathway and so on.
