With the over exploitation of traditional primary energy and the gradual improvement of human awareness of environmental protection,the research on clean and renewable energy has become the current focus of attention.However,the randomness and volatility of clean renewable energy output will bring certain risks and challenges to the stable operation of the power system,and it is difficult to deal with large-scale clean renewable energy grid connection.In this context,the active distribution network,which can actively manage distributed power,energy storage equipment and demand-side load and flexibly control them,came into being.It improves the system’s capacity to absorb clean and renewable energy effectively.The work done in this paper is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the concept of active distribution network and the concept of demand response,proposes the structure of active distribution network to be studied in this paper,establishes the mathematical model of clean renewable energy and energy storage equipment involved in active distribution network,and introduces its related operational constraints.The above lays a foundation for the research on active distribution network optimal dispatching taking into account demand response in the following chapters.(2)An optimal dispatching model of active distribution network considering demand response is established.On the premise of meeting the relevant operation constraints within the system dispatching cycle,the objective function is to minimize the operation cost of active distribution network.Considering the different demand corresponding strategies implemented for different types of loads,this paper discusses them separately,and confirms the optimal corresponding strategies through the analysis of a numerical example,so as to obtain the optimal scheduling cost.(3)Consider the impact of carbon emissions generated during active distribution network dispatching on the environment.At the same time,there are some uncertain factors in the process of active distribution network participating in the dispatching.The fuzzy parameters are used to represent the uncertain factors involved in the model,and the constraints affected by the uncertain factors are converted into clear equivalent classes to participate in the dispatching.A multiple-objective optimal dispatching model considering the uncertainty of source and load is constructed.Finally,with an example,the influence of uncertainty factors on active distribution network dispatching is verified and analyzed,and a dispatching plan considering cost and environmental factors is formulated.In order to verify the validity and feasibility of the model proposed in this paper,IEEE33-node active distribution network typical day is selected for scheduling simulation research,and the output of each unit and the scheduling cost of distribution network are analyzed.The results show that the active distribution network optimal dispatching model taking into account demand response proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the system operation cost and realize the economic and stable operation of the system.
