The castellated steel members have the advantages of high bearing capacity,high stiffness,light weight,good economy and beautiful shape.However,at present,there are few and not comprehensive studies on castellated bending steel members,which are limited to a large extent in engineering practice.In this paper,the internal force and deformation of castellated steel members are studied by continuous method.The main tasks are as follows :(1)The advantages,manufacturing methods and research status of castellated steel members at home and abroad are summarized.The analysis points of the continuous method in the castellated steel beam are summarized,and the shear continuous distribution coefficient,bending continuous distribution coefficient and axial continuous distribution coefficient of the horizontal elliptical hole,circular hole,nonregular hexagonal hole and hexagonal hole are listed.(2)According to the continuous distribution coefficient,the cellular steel compression-bending members are continuously transformed into solid web members for stress analysis.Considering the interlaminar shear force of the interface between the upper rib,the lower rib and the web,the basic control differential equation of the cellular steel compression-bending members under the combined action of vertical uniform load and axial load is derived.(3)According to the basic control differential equation of the midpoint of the reverse bending point of the web member,the general theoretical calculation formula of the deformation and internal force of the member is derived.According to the boundary conditions of the given castellated component,the specific expressions of the deformation and internal force of the component are calculated.The deformation and internal force results of the finite element analysis component are compared with the theoretical formula calculation results.The two analysis results are in good agreement,which verifies the accuracy and applicability of the theoretical calculation formula of the deformation and internal force of the castellated component derived by the continuous method.(4)According to the theoretical calculation formula of the deflection of the castellated pressure-bending steel member,the axial load-deflection curve is analyzed.Through the finite element model verification,it shows that the formula can accurately predict the critical load of the strong axis buckling of the castellated steel column.At the same time,by analyzing the influence of different component length,flange widththickness ratio and web height-thickness ratio on the critical load of strong axis buckling of axially compressed castellated steel columns,the influence of different parameters on the critical load is obtained.
