The photovoltaic industry has developed very rapidly in recent years,and a large number of various types of photovoltaic power plants have emerged nationwide.However,some photovoltaic power plants built in seasonal frozen soil areas have been in operation for a few years,and engineering frost damage has occurred,resulting in deformation,distortion or even fracture of the lighting panels,seriously affecting the power generation efficiency.At present,the relevant research on micro-piles such as photovoltaic pile foundations in seasonal frozen areas is relatively rare,and the relevant specifications are not perfect,so it has great research significance.This paper mainly studies the frost resistance of photovoltaic pile foundation in the seasonal frozen soil area,and the soil extraction area is lined with photovoltaic power stations,and the freezing depth is about two meters in winter,and the garden town of Lindian County,Daqing City.The frost heave test study of the photovoltaic screw pile foundation was carried out by numerical simulation,and the basic physical properties of the sampled soil were measured through the laboratory,which was convenient for the setting of soil parameters by subsequent numerical simulation.Using the existing relevant literature results and engineering experience,several pile types were optimized for the size and model of screw piles,and the pile types with the smallest frost heave displacement and the best frost pulling effect were selected through the numerical simulation results.From the results,the freeze-drawing displacement of screw piles is much smaller than that of smooth piles,and the frost heave restriction range and ability of the soil around the piles are also stronger than those of smooth piles,indicating that screw piles have better freeze pulling resistance.From the perspective of excellent freeze resistance and economy,the number of spiral pieces of photovoltaic screw pile foundation should be 3,the length of the pile should be 4 meters,the wall thickness of the pile pole and blade should be 10 mm,the diameter of the spiral blade should be 200 mm,and the size of the pile diameter should be 80 mm.The research results provide certain reference value for the design of photovoltaic pile foundations in relevant areas.
