Today’s painting can be said to have developed a kind of subject matter,material,language saturation situation.This is more due to changes in the "landscape" around us.With the development of science and technology,the society turns to "urban landscape",and the "landscape" around us is gradually ignored by us,which leads to our representation of "landscape" falling into the surface schematic expression.In painting,"landscape" only appears as a kind of material,which greatly reduces the rich connotation of "landscape" itself,so the "social narrative" of "landscape" becomes particularly important.The formation of "landscape" is a very complicated process,and it is also the traces of human existence in the material world.Therefore,the expression of "landscape" is inseparable from "story".People and people,people and things,and things and things all have relations in the objective world.This relationship is "story" in the attribute of social culture."Landscape" can be understood as "readable","perceptible".It is also aesthetic and logical.Therefore,when "landscape" becomes the influence factor of painting,on the premise of in-depth understanding of landscape,different painting techniques are adopted according to the "landscape" from different social perspectives selected by individuals,which will greatly enrich our selection and reprocessing of landscape materials.At the same time,it can better express personal artistic demands.This paper mainly takes "landscape" as the theoretical starting point,and through the case analysis of artists’ works,studies three levels of "landscape" : surface concept,transitional concept,extended concept and three historical turns: "Experience in socialism with Chinese characteristics" type landscape,"landscape","retro" type landscape.The whole article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly describes the concept of the meaning of "landscape" and the historical turn of "landscape",and at the same time leads to the key meaning of "landscape" "social narrative".The discussion of "social narrative" mainly discusses how to define narrative in landscape painting from two perspectives: the meaning of narrative and the perspective of narrative.The second part is the study of the concept of "shape and meaning" under the concept of "landscape".The "form" and "meaning" of landscape schema in artistic creation are discussed through case study.Then from the perspective of "landscape social landscape" to explore the landscape schema of stylized circles.The third part mainly discusses the consciousness of "landscape" in painting,divides the painting language of "landscape" into concrete landscape,abstract landscape and integrated landscape,and concretely analyzes the language state presented by the three landscape forms in painting.The fourth part combines theory with practice and discusses the embodiment of landscape consciousness and shape in my creation from a personal point of view.
