Immersive art "belongs to a new form of art derived from the times,which has become increasingly rich with the diversified development of media forms,making the boundary between virtual and reality more blurred.People,media,and the environment are integrated into each other,and the form and state of artistic experience are comprehensively integrated from material to spiritual aspects.Immersive art presents virtual interpersonal relationships as a "live" experience through the integration of multiple media and cross-border collaboration of multiple arts,further narrowing the distance between art and the audience.The audience is no longer simply watching the screen,but can directly participate and immerse themselves in it,and complete different related constructions based on various aspects such as aesthetic experience.Immersive art has subverted traditional ways of artistic presentation and information exchange.The concepts related to aesthetic education first appeared in Schiller’s "The Book of Aesthetic Education",and the "six arts" proposed by Chinese Confucius(ritual,music,archery,imperial,calligraphy,and mathematics)are also the thinking foundation for the development of Chinese aesthetic education spirit.Art is an important way of aesthetic education,and the presence,experience,and interactivity of immersive art endow it with unique advantages in implementing aesthetic education.Therefore,combining contemporary aesthetic education with immersive art is an important topic that urgently needs to be explored,with certain theoretical and practical research significance.The paper explores the value of immersive art in contemporary aesthetic education,providing useful references for deepening the connotation of immersive art and clarifying its deep value in contemporary aesthetic education.The main body of the paper is divided into four parts,which discuss the value of immersive art in contemporary aesthetic education.The first part is about the rise of immersive art and the development of contemporary aesthetic education.It integrates multi-disciplinary art elements and educational values to conduct research,collect relevant literature and materials on immersive art and contemporary aesthetic education,further supplement theoretical research content in relevant fields,and provide reliable theoretical support for subsequent research;The second part is the characteristics of immersive art,mainly elaborating on the characteristics of immersive art from the perspectives of the liveness of the body and consciousness,the fusion of reality and virtual reality,etc;The third part is about the aesthetic value of immersive art,mainly analyzing the impact of immersive art on contemporary aesthetic education from aspects such as achieving harmony between humans and nature,and harmony between humans and society,and clarifying its value for the development of education in the latter;The fourth part explores the correlation and practical path between immersive art and contemporary aesthetic education from different disciplinary perspectives.From the perspectives of immersive art content,which focuses on the value shaping of society and human nature as the subject of aesthetic education,and sensory media as the emotional aesthetic experience of aesthetic education,the practical path of immersive art aesthetic education is clarified,providing practical reference for better carrying out contemporary aesthetic education.
