Study On The Formal Language And Artistic Conception Aesthetics Of Contemporary Lacquer Boxes

The traditional lacquer craft in China has a long history,which can be traced back to the Neolithic Age.Lacquerware has a variety of functions,among which lacquer box,as a distinctive art form,is not only a daily necessity for ancient people,but also an important part of the intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.Lacquer boxes are rich in artistic expressions and still occupy an important position in today’s diversified development of lacquer art.As a core content of China’s aesthetic thought,"artistic conception" plays a unique role in artistic expression.Integrating artistic conception aesthetics into the design of contemporary lacquer boxes can not only meet the practical function of lacquer boxes,but also reflect the artistry,which has certain research significance.This paper combs the related theories of "artistic conception" and explains the aesthetic embodiment and connotation of "artistic conception" in lacquer works.By analyzing and expounding the fetal bone making,modeling characteristics,decorative techniques and pattern types of traditional lacquer boxes,this paper summarizes the artistic conception aesthetics contained in the formal language of ancient lacquer boxes,explores various possibilities of lacquer boxes,and provides new ideas and methods for the innovation of contemporary lacquer boxes.At the same time,it enumerates the works of many domestic and foreign artists,and analyzes the artistic expression and aesthetic expression in their works from three aspects: modeling,texture and decorative performance.Combined with personal lacquer box creation practice,this paper deeply understands the importance of personalized expression of modeling and enamel decoration to the artistic conception and aesthetic feeling of procedural works,and strives to provide more positive influence for the development and innovation of contemporary lacquer box art in China.
