Research On The Semantic Meaning Of Body Words In Sui Language Based On Cognitive Linguistics

The body words of Sui language are numerous and rich in semantics,which is one of the most stable and frequently used words in the vocabulary system of Sui language.In this paper,from the perspective of cognitive linguistics,the naming,word-formation motivation,metaphor,metonymy and other phenomena of human words in Sui language are deeply discussed,hoping to provide more theoretical basis for the study of these words.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part explains the basis and research significance of the topic,the research status of Sino-Tibetan language on human body words,the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis,etc.The first chapter is the introduction of human body words in Sui language.In order to reveal the importance of human body words in the whole Sui language vocabulary system,the paper describes the naming of human organs and parts into five parts according to their physiological structure,and further discusses the phonetic forms and characteristics of human body words in Sui language.The second chapter is the structure classification and semantic function analysis of human words in Sui language.From the perspective of the structure of the compound words of human morpheme and other morpheme groups,there are two forms: "human morpheme + human morpheme" and "human morpheme + non-human morpheme".On this basis,it analyzes the meaning discrimination function of human words in Sui language and the color function.The third chapter,based on the metaphor theory of cognitive linguistics,studies the structure metaphor,ontology metaphor and orientation metaphor of Sui language human words,and discusses the similarity of their cognitive paths in shape,position and function.Based on the metonymy theory of cognitive linguistics,the fourth chapter studies the metonymy of emotion,metonymy of quantity and metonymy of time of human words in Sui language,and analyzes the relationship between whole and part of human words and the relationship between prominent and close.Chapter five looks at the cognitive characteristics of the Sui ethnic group from the human words of Sui language.Firstly,the body is the basis of cognition,people need to rely on the body to define some concepts;Secondly,cognition needs to abide by the economic principles of language.Metaphor and metonymy are the products of language system’s pursuit of economic principles.The conclusion part summarizes the research of this paper.
