Research On The Practical Path Of Inheriting And Promoting Heroic Culture From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

A hopeful nation cannot live without heroes,and a promising country cannot live without pioneers.After modern times,our Chinese nation has suffered a great deal and sacrificed a great deal,which is rare in world history.However,the Chinese people never give in and,under the guidance of heroes,constantly rise up and fight,finally taking control of their own destiny.We cannot forget the great sacrifices made by the vast masses of the people,nor can we forget the leading and exemplary role played by heroic figures.Heroic culture has existed since ancient times.The CPC inherits,enriches and develops the hero culture,and endows the hero culture with new connotation from the perspective of historical materialism.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),President Xi has repeatedly emphasized the importance of "hero",fully affirmed the achievements of hero,and emphasized the important value of hero culture in the new era.In the new era,we need to create a strong atmosphere of advocating heroes,learning heroes,defending heroes,and caring for them.In response to the negative impact of current negative social trends,we need to cultivate and practice hero culture by strengthening government guidance and supervision,building a solid foundation for social propaganda and education,and enhancing individual endogenous motivation.Nowadays,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,traditional society has begun to transform into modern society.In the critical period of facing various challenges such as the rise of major powers in the international community,it is even more necessary for heroes to lead and immerse themselves in hero culture.From the perspective of historical materialism,this paper combs and summarizes the concept,basic composition and characteristics of hero culture,and then analyzes the era value and practice path of inheriting and promoting hero culture in the new era from three aspects of the country,society and individuals on the basis of the materialist concept of mass history.As one of the main branches of mainstream culture in the new era,hero culture has important value and significance.For the country,it is beneficial to enhance the political identity of the people;For society,it is conducive to strengthening the mainstream ideology of society;For individuals,it is conducive to strengthening excellent spiritual qualities such as people’s patriotism.Finally,in response to the existing difficulties in cultivating and promoting hero culture in the new era in China,explore the practical path of inheriting and promoting hero culture.The key to inheriting and promoting the culture of heroes in the new era lies in the formation of a tripartite force among the government,society,and individuals,and the integration of these three forces to achieve comprehensive and innovative development.
