| The feelings of family and country shows a deep love for national rejuvenation,national prosperity,and people’s happiness,which is a noble pursuit of personal growth and development and a great way to realize self-worth.Combining qualitative research and quantitative research methods,,this study attempts to explore the theoretical model of college students’ feelings of family and country and develop a questionnaire on college students’ feelings of family and country,providing empirical data support and stable and effective measurement tools for the study of the feelings of family and country.This study focuses on college students’ feelings of family and country,and on the basis of constructing a theoretical model of college students’ feelings of family and country,a college students’ feelings of family and country questionnaire is developed and applied to test the effectiveness and fairness of measurement tools.The main research content is as follows: The first part combines literature,interviews,and open-ended questionnaires to collect data on college students’ feelings of family and country.This article constructs a theoretical model through three-level coding;In the second part,the questionnaire of college students’ family and country feelings is prepared on the theoretical model,and the reliability and effectiveness of the measurement tools are comprehensively guaranteed by the measurement theories and technologies such as item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,item response theory analysis,reliability and validity test,etc;The third part uses a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the current situation of college students’ feelings of family and country.The specific research results are summarized as follows:(1)The theoretical model of college students’ feelings of family and country is composed of three dimensions: emotional needs,social responsibility,and cognitive consciousness.(2)A questionnaire on college students’ feelings of family and country was developed.Through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,23 preliminary survey questions were selected.And verify the rationality of the theoretical model,determine the three-dimensional dimensions of emotional needs,social responsibility,and cognitive consciousness,meet the cognitive,emotional,and behavioral will stages of psychological activity process,and comply with the general laws of psychological activity development.(3)The item response theory analysis further tested the reliability and validity of the questions,and finally retained 20 questionnaire questions,all of which performed well in measuring college students’ feelings of family and country.(4)The reliability and validity of the college students’ feelings of family and country questionnaire were tested using multiple indicators,and the results showed that they all passed the test.The questionnaire can be used as an effective measurement tool for college students’ feelings of family and country.(5)A test was conducted on 635 college students,and the results showed that the overall level of feelings of family and country among the college student group was above average.There were varying degrees of differences in gender,place of residence,grade,major,political outlook,and whether they served as class cadres.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that place of residence,grade,major,political outlook,and whether to serve as a class cadre have a certain impact on the college students’ feelings of family and country. |
