Exploration Of Abstract Elements In Concrete Oil Painting

With the development of The Times and the progress of science and technology,images are filling every corner of contemporary society.The function of concrete oil painting to record objects has been gradually replaced by images and new media.The significance of oil painting camera to reproduce objective objects in every detail has been constantly questioned by painters.Therefore,the abstract connotation contained in figurative oil painting has attracted more attention from many painters engaged in the creation of figurative oil painting.This paper takes Melnikov’s oil paintings as an example to discuss the abstract elements in concrete oil paintings,which is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the purpose and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the important and difficult points of this research,as well as the research methods and approaches.The second part is the first chapter,which mainly tells the artistic life of Melnikov and the artistic characteristics of his works in different periods.The third part is the second chapter,mainly taking Melnikov’s oil paintings as an example,to analyze the abstract elements behind the works.The fourth part is the third chapter,which mainly tells the application value and significance of abstract elements in concrete oil painting.In the creation of concrete oil painting,the exploration of abstract elements can promote oil painting creation to pay more attention to the charm of oil painting language itself.Through the analysis of abstract elements in Melnikov’s oil paintings,I hope to pay attention to the importance of using abstract elements in the creation of concrete oil paintings.
