In December 2022,in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Ministry of Education issued the document " Basic Classification Code of Digital Education Resources," which improved the standard system of education informatization and improved the construction and application of digital education resources.The integration of digital teaching resources into various disciplines has become a trend,and college physical education classroom teaching is no exception.Physical education is a subject based on learning action technology and skills.In particular,sports dance,such a skill-oriented class,is a difficult and beautiful item group.Relatively single online or offline teaching is difficult to meet the needs of sports dance elective course teaching.The physical quality,exercise attitude and subjective consciousness of each age group are also different.The O2 O teaching mode is an information mode combining online and offline,which can meet the individual needs of students and effectively assist sports dance teaching.Therefore,this paper studies the application of O2 O teaching mode in the elective course of sports dance in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province,so as to provide reference for the reform of sports dance teaching mode in universities.This paper takes the application of O2 O teaching mode in the elective course of sports dance in Guangdong Province as the research object.Test the practical effect of O2 O teaching mode application through teaching experiment,by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,video clip,teaching experiment and so on.The main conclusions are as follows:1.At present,the overall teaching condition of physical dance elective courses in Guangdong Province is average.There are mainly phenomena such as weak teachers,lack of scientific teaching plans,shortage of information-based teaching resources,and lack of innovation in teaching models.In addition,the total class hours are relatively short,and the completion of students ’ action quality is relatively low,which limits the improvement of overall teaching and learning effect.2.The creation and sharing of the online platform of O2 O teaching mode greatly enriches the teaching resources,and can effectively assist teachers in offline classroom teaching,which is conducive to improving teaching efficiency and is of great significance to improving the teaching quality and effect of sports dance.3.The experimental group applies the O2 O teaching mode to create a good learning atmosphere for students,stimulate students ’ interest in sports dance,so as to improve students ’ learning efficiency,action quality and exercise attitude,and promote the formation of students ’ lifelong sports dance exercise consciousness.4.After the experiment,the students held a positive attitude towards the O2 O teaching mode and affirmed the teaching effect of the elective course of sports dance,which was conducive to the promotion and development of sports dance.
