Quality education cannot be separated from scientific teaching decisions.With the continuous progress and development of science and technology,big data technology has been increasingly widely used in primary and secondary schools.Data-driven teaching decisions are to use big data technology to collect and converge rich teaching,scientific research and cultural resources on the Internet,and create an education and teaching environment based on data analysis results.The wide application of artificial intelligence technology promotes teachers to use mobile terminals and other methods to obtain various data in the teaching process,such as student homework,online testing,classroom behavior,etc.These data are of different types and large scale.Although they can support teaching decisions,some difficulties gradually appear in the application.Overseas studies have shown that data-driven teaching decision-making can effectively solve these problems,provide the basis for students’ personalized development,and improve students’ learning and teachers’ own professional development level.Therefore,the research on data-driven teaching decision-making is of great significance to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality and the guidance of teachers’ teaching.This study takes high school English teachers in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province as the research object.On the basis of in-depth research on the data-driven model,decision-making method,decision-making content and other aspects of teachers’ teaching decision-making at home and abroad,combined with the basic characteristics and scene classification of high school English teaching decision-making,this study analyzes the factors of high school English teachers’ teaching decision-making power,decision-making evaluation dimension and decision-making data types.At the same time,this study adopts grounded theory and questionnaire method to obtain the evaluation elements of high school English teachers’ teaching decision-making ability,constructs A data-driven evaluation model of high school English teachers’ teaching decision-making ability,and uses the evaluation model to conduct case analysis and classroom video analysis of teacher A.The analysis results show that,Teacher A’s teaching plan design basically covers the ability index elements of the pre-class planning and decision-making stage of high school English teachers.It can reasonably determine teaching objectives,and carry out textbook analysis and learning situation analysis by using pre-class student data,understanding of teaching data and mastery of teaching content.Among them,English professional knowledge level,English teaching planning and design,and English decision execution are the most important factors.Through the research,the author draws the following conclusions:(1)Data-driven teaching decisions of high school English teachers can be divided into three stages and four types of decision data.(2)The data-driven evaluation model of senior high school English teachers’ teaching decision-making is a three-tier index dimension.The data-driven teaching decision evaluation model for senior high school English teachers has two large levels and four small levels.Theoretical support,government policy support,social support and technical support jointly provide guarantee,constraint and support for high school English teachers to carry out teaching decisions,and provide necessary conditions for teachers to carry out data-driven teaching decisions.Teaching decision evaluation model,teaching thinking,teaching decision,six level evaluation index dimension three small levels from inside to outside gradually concretized,decision made explicit,evaluation diversified;From outside to inside gradually abstract,decision connotation,evaluation integration.(3)The data-driven teaching decision evaluation model of high school English teachers can be used for case analysis. |
