The Jixia School played an important role in the formation of Huang Lao Zhi Dao.Huang Lao scholars constantly adapted to the trend of The Times and incorporated the concept of “Fa” into their own theories, which reflected the characteristics of integrating“Dao" with other scholars and changing according to the time. The changes of social politics, economy and culture in the early Han Dynasty are the objective background of Huang Lao zhi Dao.On the historical stage of the early Han Dynasty, the support of the beneficiaries of the early military achievements to the rule of Huang Lao Zhi dao was undoubtedly one of the important reasons. The reflection and summary of the ruling group of the early Han Dynasty on the collapse of Qin is the second reason for the implementation of the Huang Lao Zhi Dao.In the early Han Dynasty, there were two different forms of "academic" and "governing technique".The former was the generalization and interpretation of Huang Lao scholars, which showed the tendency of integrating various families on the basis of "Dao".The latter is the guiding concept of the Han Dynasty governing the country, the concrete expression of two levels, one is the system "follow",is its recessive side; The second is the "rule by doing nothing" in the guidance of state governance, which is its dominant side. The distinction of "governing without doing anything" changed with the changes of social conditions in the early Han Dynasty.Especially in the period of Wen and Jing, the discomfort of Huang and Lao’s governing techniques was gradually exposed, which made the "Qing Jing Wu Wei" aspect of his governing philosophy gradually fade, while the "Chui Gong Wu Wei" aspect of the monarch gradually highlighted.Huang lao Zhi Dao and its practice in the early Han Dynasty provided historical reference for the Han family law of "Ba Wang Dao mixed".The "Chui Gong Wu Wei" highlighted by Huang lao Zhi Dao did not completely withdraw from the political stage of Han Dynasty with the decline of Huang lao Zhi Dao,but was melted in the Han family law and became one of its important theories. |
