The Study And Application Of Twelve Flowers Of Jinling In Illustration Design

In the art treasure house of Chinese traditional culture,there are a lot of classic literary works,and A Dream of Red Mansions is a milestone in the history of Chinese literature.With the advent of the new media era,China is in the collision stage between foreign culture and traditional culture,and people’s aesthetic concepts and cultural needs are constantly changing,which brings great challenges to the spread and development of traditional culture.Therefore,how to combine traditional literary works with modern aesthetic concepts and make them better integrated into contemporary life is a topic worthy of discussion.In this thesis,the characters of twelve women in Jinling in A Dream of Red Mansions are taken as the research object,and the characteristics of the characters are classified and summarized through the methods of literature research,case analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,and the characters are combined with illustrations to carry out extended design in the visual field.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the study are briefly described,and the cultural background of A Dream of Red Mansions is discussed,so as to draw out the profile of the twelve women in Jinling.Secondly,the existing illustration cases of A Dream of Red Mansions are analyzed,and the design concept based on tradition and innovation is summarized,and this concept is applied to illustration design.Finally,under the research method based on the evaluation and construction method of charm engineering,the charm factors needed in the illustrations of twelve women in Jinling are extracted and analyzed,and the image characteristics of the figures of twelve women in Jinling are sorted out,and the cultural elements are extracted and applied to the design works to create a set of illustrations of twelve women in Jinling that conform to modern aesthetic standards,keep pace with the times and are deeply loved by the public.It brings new vitality to the inheritance and development of traditional literary works,makes classic works better enter the public’s field of vision,becomes an indispensable part of people’s lives,and provides reference for scholars’ research and design practice in the future.
