| The painting of Qing offerings has a long history and is an inseparable part of traditional Chinese flower and bird painting.As the most prominent literati painter in the late Qing Dynasty and Republic of China,Wu Changshuo’s works are few and far between.The composition,brushwork and coloring of his Qing offerings paintings are inspired by the ancients,showing the beauty of antiquity and simplicity,and the pictures of Qing offerings all contain poetic moods,sublimating the literati connotation of Qing offerings paintings with his profound national education and high aesthetic quality,and revealing the elegance of traditional literati scholars,which still has important significance for the study of traditional Qing offerings paintings.Therefore,this paper draws lessons from Wu Changshuo’s Qing offering paintings with the help of documentary research and image analysis to provide theoretical and practical support for the creation of the series "Family Fortunes".The paper is divided into four parts.The first part begins with a brief overview of the concept and development of Qing offering paintings,followed by a preliminary analysis of Wu Changshuo’s Qing offering paintings from two aspects: material selection and allegorical meaning;the second part analyzes Wu Changshuo’s Qing offering paintings in depth in the context of their vertical composition,gold and stone into the painting and contrasting color artistic expression language,followed by an analysis of the poetic and pictorial realm and the realm of "painting air without painting form The third part discusses the influence of Wu Changshuo’s artistic style on the creation of the series of"Family Blessings",and tries to explore the expressive style that meets the characteristics of the times and his own characteristics while learning from Wu Changshuo’s artistic expressive language.The creation of the series "Family Blessing" is subjectively treated with ordinary objects in life and some "old objects",and through composition,ink and brushwork and coloring techniques,it reflects a quiet and elegant meaning in the creation of the mood of the picture,explaining auspiciousness through objects and expressing the pursuit of an elegant life and praying for a good family.The fourth part summarizes the gains and shortcomings in the process of creation and practice,so that we can improve in the future study of Chinese flower and bird painting.The fourth part summarizes the gains and shortcomings in the process of creation and practice,so as to improve the study of Chinese bird and flower painting in the future.This research and practice is the inheritance of the traditional culture of qingji while adding the aesthetics of modern people,which is also a personal reflection on the research field of qingji painting today. |
