The Exploration And Application Of Stahl’s Painting Language In Abandoned Landscape

For painting works,the specific content needs to be expressed by the painter with the help of his own long-term artistic exploration and the corresponding painting language.The language form of oil painting is also the form of a painter’s personal artistic style.It is very important for painters to explore the important factors and ways of expression of oil painting language so as to find their own language style,which is also a lifelong artistic exploration topic.Through in-depth study of the former master’s oil painting language to inspire and remove the perplexity and obstacles on the road of the author’s art practice,and gradually find their own way of painting art and artistic style and expression of painting language,and then rooted in real life,continuous progress on the road of art is the author’s goal.The author conducts analysis and research from the following three chapters: the first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the topic selection,the research content and methods,and the relevant dynamic analysis in this field.The thesis states the topic selection and scheme of graduation creation,the obstacles and thoughts encountered in the topic selection and creation,and the process of finalization.The second chapter analyzes and studies the oil painting language in Starr’s works,and explores the expression characteristics and rules of oil painting language from Starr’s life experience and the evolution of his painting art style and the changes of art language in different periods.The third chapter analyzes my own artistic creation practice,through the reference and learning of previous painting language,and the specific exploration and application in my graduation creation "Abandoned Landscape".In the creation,through exploration,I finally approach the goal of finding suitable painting language and artistic expression style,so as to improve my creative level and pursue better picture effect.
