"Respecting the development of cultural and tourism integration,highlighting cultural and tourism integration,and promoting the deep integration of culture and tourism," the party’s 20th National Congress report said,pointing the direction for cultural tourism to be integrated into the new era and new journey,and providing fundamental guidance.With the development of cultural tourism integration and rural revitalization,cultural tourism industry has become an important driving force to realize the development of national economy and culture.Due to the interoperability of cultural tourism and material resources,regional customs,cultural creativity,and other aspects,the cultural tourism industry is developing towards mutual penetration,integration,and promotion.Promoting cultural and tourism integration requires establishing a development system that integrates multiple industries across borders,developing distinctive cultures and tourism,improving regional cultural services,and utilizing cultural and creative industries for developing culture.At the same time,the development of Turkish tourism has opened a predicted opportunity for tourism.As one of the birthplaces of Heluo culture,Luoning County is an important cultural birthplace of "Luoshu",and a historical county that studies the source culture.Currently,there is a certain foundation for the development of cultural tourism in Luoning County,but there are still problems in the building,and the development of cultural tourism is relatively slow.The article explores cultural tourism in Luning City as a to get to know the current features of cultural tourism in Lining City with the local cultural industry,culture theory,strategy and integration.She’s studying tourism.It also conducts research and analysis on the existing tourism industry in Luoning County,sorts out the current development situation of local culture in promoting cultural tourism,and proposes relevant issues in its development.Firstly,the competitiveness of Luoning County in cultural and tourism development has not been fully reflected,and the lack of innovation and recognition in cultural communication has led to weak tourism development,conservative travel patterns,and insufficient interaction with local relevant cultures:Secondly,the promotion of cultural tourism in Lvning voivodeship lacks a new vision of transformation,and the lack of integration of regional emotions and a youthful creative display mode in visual presentation:Finally,the promotion and dissemination model of tourism brands is relatively unified and cannot have a positive impact on regional characteristic culture and brands.The article presents some constructive suggestions from the perspective of cultural integration and tourism.suggestions for brand innovation and promotion models in allusion to various problems existing in tourism destinations in Luoning County.Firstly,Cultural tourism in the city of Luning must be understood as cultural tourism and build the cultural system of tourism.Improving integration of local experiential tourism projects and the dissemination of tourism and cultural industries,form a cultural tourism brand system,and visit local cultural experience projects;Secondly,based on the brand development theory,establish a cultural tourism industry promotion,visual innovation and cultural excavation system in Luong County to achieve innovative design,emotional integration,and interactive collaboration between the cultural tourism brand and visual communication model in Luoning County;Thirdly,further optimize the promotion channels of Luoning County’s culture and tourism brands,enrich the regional culture and historical connotation of Luoning County’s culture and tourism,and build diversified communication channels through online and offline integration promotion mode,new media creation,and cross-border integration mode.The aim of this article is to make constructive proposals for improving the general level of the cultural and tourism sector in Luoning County and achieving the growth of local cultural and economic benefits by designing the visual image system of the tourism brand in Luoning County based on the relevant theories of cultural and tourist integration.
