Research On The Ming Dynasty Temple Murals Images In Shanxi

There are a large number of weapon images drawn in the mural paintings of Shanxi monasteries.By sorting out and analyzing the use of cold weapons in the murals,we can summarize their functions and values,and thus improve our comprehensive understanding of the study of monastery murals.This paper attempts to examine the following points.This paper focuses on the analysis of weapon images in Ming Dynasty temple wall paintings.Firstly,we classify the weapon images in Shanxi temple wall paintings,sort out the types of weapon images,their forms and their locations in the wall paintings,and conclude that the weapon images are mainly weapons,magic weapons and ceremonial instruments,with the main types being swords,guns,swords,halberds,axes and battle-axes,bows and arrows,cripples and hammers,etc.Secondly,we explore and sort out the cold weapon contents of the wall paintings of the three types of subjects: water-land puja,Buddhist stories and folk mythological stories,and dig out the cultural characteristics and profound characteristics of the cold weapon images.The cultural characteristics and profound connotations of the images,the political,religious and cultural influences,the Ming dynasty part of the practicality of cold weapons gradually weakened,weapons images drawn on the phenomenon of programmatic,artistic aesthetic gradually improved,religion and social and cultural integration of the development of the degree of deepening,"three religions in one" trend more obvious;Finally,the Shanxi temple view Finally,the comprehensive examination of the mural weapon images in Shanxi temple,combined with the archaeological evidence,to explore the importance and feasibility of the use of cold weapon images in the current art design of the entire Shanxi temple,and concluded that cold weapon images can play a complementary role in the study of the history of Chinese weapons,contemporary museum display,cold weapon color restoration,cold weapon related books,and other fields,for the present-day animation art,cultural and creative art,theater art and other fields It can also contribute to the future development of cultural tourism in Shanxi.
